Cold Stone Creamery

Waited 30 minutes to place an order while the two workers made door dash orders in front of me. FYI for those in any kind of hurry. Hard to complain much as this is only cold stone left. I

Ice cream is good, staff attitudes are terrible and they’re always out of the chocolate dipped waffle bowls. Not sure who or where the manager is, but they should definitely be in here to help out with this mess. Line is extremely long, it’s a Saturday, 3 people are here and the first two were doing the bare minimum, a ton of eye rolling and sighing. Went up to place my order and one of the guys hair is hanging too low, he has a huge booger in his nose (the main reason I left) and he just looks unkempt. The waffle batter is sitting out at room temperature but I’m sure they’re still going to use it to make the waffle bowls. I hate this is the only cold stone around. Please hire better employees.

First time trying this as travelers to the area, and terrible customer service! Had attitudes for no reason. I was trying to get an understanding of the prices, and they rolled their and sighed at me like I was an issue. And nobody wanted to be there. Ice cream was good though.

Tried their new Banana Cream Pie ice cream. It was amazing!

Sofia was so nice and helpful! The ice cream was amazing.

Noah did a fantastic job tonight. He was making/serving ice cream like a pro. He seemed to be the only person working as no one came out to help with a long line of 9+ customers. He was patient with everyone, kind, kept his composer, and never stopped working. Let me be clear I am 100% satisfied with Noah and the job he did. I am unsatisfied with the fact that he was not provided with the help needed to do his job.

Came in and there were three people in the lobby working. None spoke. Workers ended up making our orders wrong and were rude when asked about it

The staff were very rude and short. No smile, no energy, just made the place feel depressing. It seemed liked we was a problem just being there and asking for help.

Attitude of the young lady (Kyleigh S.) that fixed my ice cream could have been better. She seemed as though she didn’t want to be at work. She intentionally placed all items that I handed to her when paying on the counter when I handed them to her. Not sure her reasoning for this but if I have something to you plead just hand it back to me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves!

Love visiting this location. The only location I’ll visit. Great customer services. Knowledgeable workers. My favs are Mud Pie Mojo & Germanchökolätekake.

Parking: Less than 15 parking spaces available in front of cold stone. More are available on the sides about 6

Stood in line for over 45 minutes just to get skipped over. Not greeted. Not asked if someone bothered to help my party or nothing. Just skipped to the next white customer when our turn finally came up. When someone finally noticed I was then told I walked too far forward in line for them to tell if I needed help or not. Customer service and organization was the issue if anything not me moving in line like everyone else. If you don’t want anyone walking past the ice cream until their order is taken why not put a sign up. Simply acknowledging us and asking if we had been helped or even just apologizing for skipping over us could have solved everything. Loud male Employee rather getting an attitude and blame us for being skipped instead? When I told him how it looked he started getting loud saying he couldn’t believe I made it a race issue. There were several issues but them not handling it appropriately made it seem like a race issue indeed. Rude and weird. Won’t bother coming back. Even if I normally like this location.

Ice cream was great but we walked in 45 minutes before close and received nasty looks by the guy working there (only guy atm) he then said “man don’t they know we close at 9” and continued to talk about us to the current guest he was helping. Soo disrespectful. We were there with plenty of time before close.
