Ice cream was great but we walked in 45 minutes before close and received nasty looks by the guy working there (only guy atm) he then said “man don’t they know we close at 9” and continued to talk about us to the current guest he was helping. Soo disrespectful. We were there with plenty of time before close.

Me and my fiancé got there 15 minutes before close and the doors were already locked and they had shut down everything. We drove 20 minutes to get there because it was the closest one to us. Don’t get excited when you go there because they’re probably already closed.

The service was awful the manager shun is brutally disrespectful and was very aggressive hostile and combative towards me. He accused me of trying to get a free mix in and trying to get over on his”new employees”. Him and his staff failed to get my order correct and I was attacked for their mistake. The waffle bow was stale. He dismissed me after trying to explain to him what my order was and that they left a scoop of ice cream off my order. I love the ice cream but I refuse to support and patronize an establishment that treats customers the way he treated me today. He sent the employees to the back I assume so they didn’t hear what he was saying or acting towards me which was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Nice, clean and friendly service. Ice cream was delicious and my boys loved it.
Highly disappointed in the customer service. I came in for a late night snack and ordered my usual. I saw that the employee didn’t make what i asked for and i tried to correct her she proceeded to make it while telling me that’s what i asked for. Management definitely needs to train their employees better.

Ordered online at 8:45 and ran into some traffic so wouldn’t make it there until 9:03 and they close at 9. I called to let them know and when I got there, the girl with the long braids was so nice it was refreshing. It’s hard to come by people that don’t act like they hate their job in the food industry so I very much appreciated the girl going out of her way to bring me out the ice cream. Pretty great ice cream! Love the signature creations, especially the peanut butter cup one. They could probably use another employee to tidy things up and help decrease the work load. Highly recommended!
