Attitude of the young lady (Kyleigh S.) that fixed my ice cream could have been better. She seemed as though she didn’t want to be at work. She intentionally placed all items that I handed to her when paying on the counter when I handed them to her. Not sure her reasoning for this but if I have something to you plead just hand it back to me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves!

Love visiting this location. The only location I’ll visit. Great customer services. Knowledgeable workers. My favs are Mud Pie Mojo & Germanchökolätekake.

Parking: Less than 15 parking spaces available in front of cold stone. More are available on the sides about 6

Ice cream was great but we walked in 45 minutes before close and received nasty looks by the guy working there (only guy atm) he then said “man don’t they know we close at 9” and continued to talk about us to the current guest he was helping. Soo disrespectful. We were there with plenty of time before close.

Outstanding service and good Ice Cream!

You should definitely check them out. There are not too many freshly made ice cream locations around Birmingham.

Me and my fiancé got there 15 minutes before close and the doors were already locked and they had shut down everything. We drove 20 minutes to get there because it was the closest one to us. Don’t get excited when you go there because they’re probably already closed.

The service was awful the manager shun is brutally disrespectful and was very aggressive hostile and combative towards me. He accused me of trying to get a free mix in and trying to get over on his”new employees”. Him and his staff failed to get my order correct and I was attacked for their mistake. The waffle bow was stale. He dismissed me after trying to explain to him what my order was and that they left a scoop of ice cream off my order. I love the ice cream but I refuse to support and patronize an establishment that treats customers the way he treated me today. He sent the employees to the back I assume so they didn’t hear what he was saying or acting towards me which was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Card machine went down while in waiting line, but otherwise very well!
