“Ordered a small scroll cake for my wedding. When I arrived to pick up the cake the day before the wedding, the cake had a huge split in it and could not be repaired. The Trussville manager went out of her way by calling the Hoover location to get another cake made since the Trussville location does not have a cake decorator who can do the scroll work. She went to Hoover to pick up the cake and called me later THAT DAY to tell me that my cake was ready to pick up. She even offered to bring it to my house, but I went back to the store. The cake was beautiful and delicious as always. They even called me the next day to check on the cake and make sure I was happy with it. I have used Edgar's for a while and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of their cakes, but the customer service I received was above and beyond what I could have expected. They knew this cake was very important to me and went out of their way to make it right. I will continue to get all of my cakes from Edgar's Bakery.“

“Noah did a fantastic job tonight. He was making/serving ice cream like a pro. He seemed to be the only person working as no one came out to help with a long line of 9+ customers. He was patient with everyone, kind, kept his composer, and never stopped working. Let me be clear I am 100% satisfied with Noah and the job he did. I am unsatisfied with the fact that he was not provided with the help needed to do his job.“

“I ordered a vegan Strawberry cake for a coworkers Going Away party. The cake was delicious. The majority of the office are not vegan and and there were many comments on how good the cake was and how we could not tell it was vegan. I personally love a strawberry cake from another well known chain bakery but I have to say, I liked this cake much better.“
