Placed an order online for 2 pizzas . One of the order was wrong. Called back and ask for the Manager . The Guy said he was the General Manager and was very rude. And very nasty Over the phone. Character and customer service goes along way. We order from that Trussville location all the time as long as the Guy is there thats the General Manager I will never return and will make sure I let my friends and co workers. No.. he's very disrespectful Dominos shame on you for hiring a manager with loud bright orange hair in management as a guy but carries themselves as a girl š¤

I placed and order today. The order was prepared by and dispatched to ( Marshall ) the driver for delivery. I noticed the order was incomplete and contacted the store. They said we apologies and will credit you or make and send it back out. I agreed to remake, because it was the reason for soliciting services. After and hour with no contact, I once again contacted the store. The manager ( Ray ) the manager said he canceled it because, the driver stated that deliver the missing item from the order. He was being recorded.

Seems like anytime I order on the app and I go to pick it up the app says itās ready but when you walk I. They say āno itās still in the ovenā for some reason the app wants you to get there and wait another 10-20 minutes! Itās ridiculous. The whole reason you ordered ahead of time is so that it will be ready when you get there. I ordered at 5:20. It said it was ready at 5:34. It is currently 557 and I still do not have my food.

Placed a curbside order for a medium 2 topping pizza via the app. Took a bit longer than the dominoes tracker stated and the dough is SO raw, no where close to being done. Going to have to pop it in the oven at home before letting my child have any. So disappointed.

Absolutely slow and god awful every time I go. If you like being gaslit by their app telling you your order is ready, only to go in and be told itās gonna be another 10 minutes (which turns into 30 mins). Save yourself and go to the one in Moody, this one has severe issues and they anger me every time I go.

They just left my food at the door without knocking or anything . The pizza and winged were cold. The cheese wasnāt even melted on the pizza. I didnāt eat the food, Iām scared imma get sick from eating it.
I also gave the driver a $10 tipā¦ guess that means nothing anymore . Wish I could get it back

Order a scheduled delivery time of 445 tracke said driver left the store at 429 only to get an eta of delivery at 5:17. Called the store to see what happened and they said the delivery left the store with the pizza to go to Centerpoint to get their wallet
Since when does quality check take a whole hour to do ? ? And that is just so far, quality check is still in progress ! ! š¤

Whatever quoted time they give you for any delivery add a good 45 minutes. When you call and ask where your pizza is they donāt care. Then they tell you sorry we cannot offer a simple $4.99 refund of the delivery fee even though your pizza has been out of the oven for 40+ minutes and the delivery still isnāt there. Just buy a frozen pizza.

I have big thumbs, and occasionally hit the wrong button on my phone keyboard. I entered my address incorrectly and didn't get my order when the app said it had been delivered. I didn't realize this until I called. I told them no big deal and my mistake. They remade and delivered the order without me asking them to do it! Great customer service guys!
