I really don't get the hype. It was an unseasoned griddle hamburger and undercooked fries for sit-down restaurant prices.
They also shoveled a whole three inches of fries into the bag, so the burger wrapper was coated in oil and it'd soaked through the bag before I even walked out.
Oh, and of course the machine asks you for a tip.
The lady at the counter was nice enough though.
I very much doubt I'll eat at this chain again.
Edit, after response: asking me to go to your website and spend 5 minutes filling out all my complaints again so you can log it in your database, with personal information, so that I can MAYBE hear something back is the most empty corporate response ever. I'm not asking you for anything, I'm trying to let people know what to expect... and this lack of caring just furthers that.
FWIW, the fries were actually pretty good, once I threw them in the air fryer for a bit. I guess the peanut oil works!

This place is probably one of the few places you will get a good burger in trussville. The night shift is the A team. They might not look like the happiest bunch of folk, but they really are the low key A team. My man with the dreads kills it on the grill. He asked what did i want, I told him just make it good, and he didn't disappoint.
