Our family loves Five Guys! Do I like the price -- NO -- but I'm not going to give less stars over that. The employees are friendly, the service quick (for freshly made), and the food is seriously good. This is not something we get all the time but when we do it's a real treat!

3 of the employees was looking and laughing at me n my daughter while visiting this location (manager Lonzo included) this my first time trying five guys n this was a horrible experience I definitely don’t think this is professional I spent $50 to get treated this way and I will not be back I also asked for corporate number and manager refused to give it to me

This is possibly the cleanest and friendliest five guys I’ve ever been to! Stopped by for dinner on a road trip and I was pleasantly greeted with many hellos and welcome in when I opened the door. Even saw the MOD cleaning the soda machines which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at another five guys. Well done!!!

The food was decent enough. My burger was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Service was on par for fast food. Employees were as courteous as one can expect from folks working for poverty wages in a dead-end job. Food was ready soon after I ordered.
Downside is that Five Guys is extremely expensive for fast food. A double bacon cheeseburger and a large fountain soda cost me $17. That being said, if you are willing to shell out full-service prices for a quick meal, this location is an excellent option.

I deliver for door dash and I always have to cancel the order because they are so slow I door dash not door wait don't go if you are working or hungry they have not changed the workers have no sense of urgency even if there tail was on fire
