My job ordered here from for lunch last Friday and I decided to get the chicken finger box. As you can see, the box is very plentiful, but lack flavor. The chicken fingers by themselves had no seasoning. It was just breading and chicken. The sauce for the chicken fingers was just OK it had a little bit of Garlic flavor to it. I like garlic but not when I can taste it right off the bat. The coleslaw was pretty good.

Fast and friendly service, let me add an extra drink at the window. Food was fresh and hot, tasted great. The price for what I got was good. Not sure why there are so many iffy reviews, it's a good Guthrie's.

First of $16.48 for Box an a extra nugget!! Yea nuggets 6 nuggets for that an also no lemon for the tea also no lids for the large sweet tea. I can understand cost but come on!! Long time customer but now woo!! #

Went with my friend while he was getting an oil change. Service was good, we got our food very fast. the food was amazing, the chicken fingers and fries pair well with their Guthries Sauce. It was cold so we couldn't eat outside at the tables, but in all, Guthries is a great place to eat for relatively cheap.

1.) Food taste great and portion size is good.2.) Team members seem very impersonal and not very welcoming to guest.3.) Need to offer more special price items to draw people in.
This may be the worst Guthries location in all of Alabama. I stopped going for 2 months because the chicken was incredibly over-done every time. Tried again today and nothing has changed. It wasn’t always like this. Very disappointing to say the least.

The kids that work there they play too much. I had a problem with my order so I called them to get it right. They took the food back and gave it right back. So I pulled off then pulled right back around and told them I wanted a refund and I was going to report their actions. The girl that was on duty came out and made my order correct but I wanted to still call in on her coworker she truly saved them. I explained to her, would you want your food to be given to you in a way that you're not satisfied with, and she said no, then I was like ok so you see where I was coming from. She apologized. The young men that were on duty that day with her, nooooo!
