Jacks is very southern hospitality, friendly employees and great place to bring your family for some home cooked meals, or just for a cheeseburger night.

I waited in line but the wait was long. I parked and went inside and left out because there was a wait inside too. I really wanted a biscuit that day.

It's about the food, I'll go here again for a quick bite, but wouldn't be a go to spit.

The workers on the afternoon/evening shift just seemed to sonder while making the food. Both of our burgers were cold and had the stale stiffness to it. Like it had been sitting out a while maybe? The sides were hot and the employees were nice... thats counts for something. Not the first time having this experience here. Seems to be a recurring theme.

Been waiting for a #4 combo for 25 minutes, employees don’t seem to care just chilling and talking at the front while 2 In the back cook, not to mention the food was cold, never thought I see a day where McDonald’s is faster than jacks

There’s been plenty of bad reviews here so here so I’ll share my honest opinion in order to hopefully contrast all the negative opinions. Just kidding. The last four times I’ve ordered anything from this particular Jack’s it’s A - taken over 20 minutes, B - been the wrong order, C - been effortlessly bad, or D - all of the above. The fries tasted like unsalted, air fried cardboard and if the bacon was on the burger, it had the undercooked texture of stretch Armstrong. It’s just crazy that this one and the one in Argo have been this horrendous for this long without something drastic being changed within management or something. It’s never worth the 10 bucks I spend on it. Fast food businesses work because the food is good, fast, and convenient. When none of those factors are there the business is just losing money.

How does a $3.99 coupon on a breakfast meal become a $6.59 charge?

There is almost always a long line in the drive-thru. The staff didn't smile or say hello or anything. This visit, I only came for a drink and a large fry. The fries were cold and had no salt at all. Needless to say, I was not a happy girl.

The most inconsistent disgusting jacks I’ve ever been to. If you want nasty over or under cooked food that’s been sitting for who knows how long and spoiled Tea and Lemonade this is your place. Jacks has gone way downhill in the past 5 years, I honestly don’t see how they’re still in business.

I visited this Jack's on Deerfoot in Trussville for a quick biscuit on Mother's day. The girl at the drive-thru was wonder. Food was great. Please fix the Jack's in Argo to be like this one. Always screws up orders and rude.
