Food is great! But nightshift is sooooo slow no matter how early or late you come. Especially past 7 pm. Employees play around and eat food in front of customers every time I come through. If the managers are here they often try their best though. Managers are great but employees..

Jack's family restaurant not somewhere I want to take my family these clowns have the audacity to not only mess up my order once but twice not to mention horrible service and people messing around in the back while I was there a lady was complaining there was some sort of finger nail in her drink NO STARS IF

Update, this location needs new management. If you decide to go, be prepared to wait. They are always slow. Food is typical for Jack's. It seems like they don't give as many fries as other locations. And they are always slow. This is a very busy location

I enjoy breakfast much more than lunch. Their lunch menu Is pretty basic.
Went to drive thru when open till 11pm. Nobody answered on drive thru, nobody else in line but us. It was 9:30. Where are your employees. Drive by the window and nobody in sight. Terrible. Use to be great, workers now ain’t worth a dime. It’s a problem every time recently.

This place needs an overhaul. The health score is 84, and the staff is unfriendly and confrontational. I've tried giving this place a few chances, and it's just not worth it. I understand fast food work is not easy, and I'm not hard to please, but people really shouldn't support a company with this low of standards.

8-24-2024 this place is horrible. There was about 6 staff just standing around giggling and messing with their hair. Just wanted a sausage and biscuit I waited 15 minutes for one. Not to mention there's absolutely nobody taking orders up front and when they do their very slow and rude. The place is very dirty and the manager don't care Do not recommend this place at all.
