Biscuits were dry/hard hash browns cold ! Ordered large drinks got small ones so I asked for the ones I paid for got a dirty look for asking for them but I am traveling and want to put the drink in my Stanley ! Bathroom were gross no tissue paper in 2 of the toilets no soap or paper towels! The men's bathroom was just as bad husband said 1 toilet was running over in the floor because it was clogged and men kept peeing in it ! No soap in men's bathroom either

You're out of ranch. I've never seen a jacks or any other restaurant out of ranch in my life. My burger is made wrong. Why do I know how to construct the sandwiches on your menu better than y'all do? If the damn picture has two pieces of cheese the sandwich better have it too! It's a taste difference. Now I'm back on the job site with a burger that don't taste like it should that I paid hard earned money for. Some of us don't stand in a restaurant all day. I work in the sun all day and y'all ruined my lunch. Honestly may as well start opening the wrappers right in front of y'all to make sure you made it right. Mistakes happen, but this happens consistently. Literally half of my visits I'm getting screwed somehow. Put tiktok down and do your damn job. Wake the hell up.

I would rate it a 0, but thats not an option, so I rate it a 1, which I typically don't do. We walked in, (a family of 4) the lobby was empty, and they had maybe 3 or 4 cars in drive through, I would sympathize more if they were backed up, but they weren't. We were looked at, and ignored for 5-10 minutes. I don't know the cause, or why, but looked at and ignored. No one said anything, so we left and went to chick-fil-a

Kind, courteous, quick, and accommodating staff. I had some delicious golden crispy chicken tenders, perfectly seasoned fries, their homemade honey mustard dipping sauce, and a fantastic cookies and cream shake. Suffice to say I was not disappointed! This location also has a warm comforting atmosphere and has even set up Christmas decorations and donations for the local community. All in all an incredible experience!

I love Jack's, but was so disappointed in this one. The young lady who took our order was impatient and rude. The restaurant was filthy, especially the bathrooms. Trash overflowing and only had toilet paper in the filthiest stall. And, we waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 fry, and there was only one person in front of us, who had already ordered when we got there. Really a shame because it's in a great location for travelers.
