Kind, courteous, quick, and accommodating staff. I had some delicious golden crispy chicken tenders, perfectly seasoned fries, their homemade honey mustard dipping sauce, and a fantastic cookies and cream shake. Suffice to say I was not disappointed! This location also has a warm comforting atmosphere and has even set up Christmas decorations and donations for the local community. All in all an incredible experience!

Any restaurant can be "hit or miss" depending on their employees. I've been to this jacks years ago and it was awful, recently I've returned a couple times and it's been pretty good.

Jacks is my go to place and has been since I was a child, I'm 73, I can always count on them. The Southside location is my fav but Attalla and Gadsden are great too.
