I was so impressed with my recent customer service experience. I went through the drive thru today and ordered the 1 pound spare rib meal and to my surprise when I got home I had chicken fingers. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, John, and he offered to deliver the correct order to my home. This was so unexpected and greatly appreciated because after a long day at work I was dreading having to go back to the store for my correct order. Thank you so much Jim n...

Really had high hopes for the BBQ joint. Sadly the BBQ is just OK. I got the baby back ribs and unfortunately they were so dry. My coworker ordered the marbled brisket and it must have been cut earlier and sat for awhile as it was also very dry. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Just wish the BBQ was better. Overall I don't think I'll be coming back.
