Horrible service. 45 minute wait for a meatball sub.. it's not a pizza. Should never take that long ever..

Pizza is always delicious but pizza slices were not cut well. Some pieces were huge and some were tiny!!!

I ordered traditional wings and got boneless, manager Kenneth, was rude and unprofessional. Told me I had to pay for them twice, since I left the store. Boneless wings were terrible and so was the Pizza. Being a SMALL local business, I would expect you to care more about customer service and having repeat customers. Nevertheless, next time I want Pizza, it won't come from your store. My Pizza was delivered to my car, I should have checked it before driving off. Wish I hadn't tipped now considering what I received was not what I wanted and it tasted like garbage.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up in 15 and was given a cold pizza. If I wanted a pizza that wasn’t made to order I would have gone to Little Cesar’s and paid less than half the price

Usually, Marcos is spot on. However, my last visit was not so much. Order taken incorrectly, and the pizza was overcooked.

I had an issue with my delivery order, but Kenna went above and beyond to make it right, even though he wasn’t obligated to do so. Thanks again, Kenna!

My wife and I took my granddaughters to eat this afternoon. Ordered a pizza, steak sandwich, and four bottled drinks. I asked for two cups for my granddaughters, so they would not make a mess. I knew their ice maker was broken the employees just looked at one another. Thay proceeded to tell me they would have to charge me for the cups, and were crappy about it. I stopped them and got my money back. This is terrible customer service. I hope they have to close tbe doors forever. I will bash them every chance I can. We went to Pinchgut Pies, and got superior service and pizza.

Young man who served me handle my experience from start to finish. Took my order, prepared it and delivered it directly to me. The food was prepared correctly and it was very good. Great Job! ??

So we usually love their pizza, but today there was a rock cooked inside the pizza... My sister almost ate it! I didn't want to believe her at first, but she's not in the habit of making stuff up.

It looks like a piece of gravel or something. The pizza tasted great, but needless to say no one else in the family wanted any more. I'm posting this on Google Maps to get the manager's attention, so that they know it's a real problem. It's so bizarre, I don't want anyone else having this issue and potentially chipping a tooth or choking a child.

Most chain restaurant pizzas, in current days, taste like cardboard or what I imagine cardboard taste like, but Marco's pizza still tastes like it has real ingredients you can find in your local farmers market.

This has been my go-to pizza place for years, but after my experience yesterday, I don't think I'll be ordering from them, at least for delivery, in quite some time. Even though this is less than a mile from my house, I was feeling tired and lazy last night and decided to just have them deliver. Just so you know, they add a $5 charge for delivery (despite the distance) and I always leave something for the tip, even though it's less than a mile.

After an hour had passed (well past the estimated arrival) with no word, I decided to call. Apparently, they had no drivers and were using doordash. Had I known that up front, I would not have ordered. My last doordash guy showed up to our door with no shirt on with our drinks laying up against his chest. Eww. So, not a fan of doordash.

I was told I would be given a large instead of a medium (which I didn't need because my family was out of town). One hour and forty-five minutes later, I receive my order. And I really wasn't hungry any more because I had been snacking due to the extended wait.

If I had just been told there were no drivers and they would be using door dash, I would have simply declined. Or, if they had given me the meal free, I'd be content; especially considering how often I order from that location.

Despite all of that, the food is great; it always has been. Would recommend pick up ONLY for anyone considering to eat here. The fees for delivery are ridiculous and apparently you never know when you'll get door dash instead of their drivers. And you never know when it will arrive.

Waited 20 minutes for a garden salad the ice machine doesn't work. After I waited over 20 minutes for a salad, I got to the car to eat my salad. All the lettuce was brown. I went back in to let them know. An employee came from the back eating and then drinking a bottled water she didn't wash her hand and just went and put her bare hands in some shredded cheese. When I saw that, I let the young man know I didn't want her to make my salad, nor do I want another salad.
