Rock N Roll Sushi

My family ordered dinner from the Trussville location and everyone got food poisoning. We called and informed the staff the next day and was told there is nothing they could do, but they would give us a call back later. After not receiving a call later we call back n once again was told there was nothing they could do, in fact we were told if they gave refunds for everyone that complained of getting sick they would be out of business. This is absolutely unacceptable from a place of business. This clears shies that the customer is not valued. All we asked for was our money to be returned .

My family and friends got food poisoning from here and they so oh well. It’s ok, the health department was called. We’ll see how they feel about that.

This was my first time visiting and I must say it was PHENOMENAL! April was our server and she made the whole experience worth coming back! I told her if she wasn't here when I came back then I wasn't staying! Lol! But the whole staff was great! Definitely 5 Stars and then some! Oh, the food was delicious ?

After coming from our local rock n roll place and coming here we immediately noticed a huge bump in quality and service. Everything down to the food and the service was best thing I’ve ever had, food was bigger and a lot more genuine smiles on the servers faces. 10/10!!

My friends and I went yesterday evening, and our waitress was awful; she acted like she would rather be anywhere else.
There was four of us, so two were together on the same check, then the other two. She charged both parties for the same appetizer, and when it was brought to her attention, she said "okay, and?"
So we requested our $9 back, because we only had one of that appetizer. She huffed and went behind the register to talk to her co workers and stare at our table. Then she comes back and flings the money at our table. I did leave a small tip, however my friends did not. We were absolutely not satisfied about this visit. I hope that waitress goes somewhere else if she hates her job that much. Ridiculous.

Was maybe a minimum of 10 ppl in the restaurant and took 30+ minutes to get two drinks. Waitress paid no attention to us at all, never got our drinks because the waitress looked like she would have rather stood behind the counter giggling and taking her sweet time drinking her drink. Was very unsatisfied and ended up leaving. Ive had RNR once before and honestly had better service on Valentine's Day than I did today.

Some of the best sushi I've had. The combo appetizer was amazing too!
Kids meals had good quality chicken nuggets and good portion for the kids hibachi.

Terrible experience my first time at rock n roll sushi and, that’s coming from a server who usually tries to be forgiving. Waited 5-10 mins to be greeted when we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Got the food was not checked on a single time. Other tables walked in were greeted instantly and served. Kelsey p gave awful service felt like I was discriminated against truly. She walked past my table multiple times without saying a word while talking to another table for 5 minutes. Had to go to front to get Togo items and check. Had to walk to front to pay and asked for Togo lids waits 5 min and she’s making tea in the back. Never left a zero dollar tip in my life until today. Highly don’t recommend

Serenity was such a good server! I definitely give this sweet soul a 5 star rating. The food was also amazing as usual! I would recommend to anyone for an awesome dine in experience!

Every time I come here the food is ALWAYS great but what really made it special this time is our amazing server serenity, she was so amazing and kind and attentive. You will have an amazing time at this restaurant simply because she is your server 10 out of 10 amazing
