Sat in the drive thru for 11 min. No one was taking orders, drove to the window to see the worker on her phone with her vape and her feet kicked up on the table eating McDonald’s. She approaches the window and tells me she was eating breakfast and proceeds to turn her headset back on! Unacceptable! Sounds like management needs to do some pop ins if they aren’t gonna be present!

Incredibly long drive thru wait time. In excess of 20 minutes. With only one car In line in front of me. No apologies and a very hateful employee handed out my order. Who ever the franchise owner of this location needs to do some mystery shopping. If they are concerned about same store sales the personnel they have working there are the root of their problem.

I love this place but the people who were working today have no idea what they are doing. I got a medium drink in a large cup and it was not made with the right ingredients.

The service here is so poor. There is no reason anyone should wait 20+ mins for one smoothie. I’d also like to add I was the only one in the drive thru and when I got up to the window, no customers inside either. This is an everyone experience when I come to the Trussville location. Do better

Truly started off as the best smoothie place around. These last two weeks has been poor. The service has went through the floor. They get the order wrong. You explain to them it’s wrong. They get mad at you??? I stop bothering to correct anymore. I usually go atleast 4 times a week. I’m scared to even go once.

Ordered two drinks, with both being Hulks. One was vanilla and one was Cold Brew, ordered on Sunday around 1. The vanilla smoothie was as expected, tasted right, and looked right, but the cold brew smoothie was hardly any different from the vanilla one. Barely different taste, and barely any darker. This leads me to believe that the drink was made with the vanilla hulk as a base and maybe some espresso or other coffee flavoring was thrown in at best. Additionally, I have had some friends say that thier orders have been completely incorrect, or had ice, or have been watery. I don't trust this location with my order, at least not until they start to get some better reviews more regularly.
