Really loved this smoothie bowl - so delicious and highly recommend. I’m glad there is now a smoothie king closer to where I live. Haven’t been inside, just ordered ahead online and went through the drive thru but it was great.Vegetarian options: A great place if you are looking for weight loss or vegan options that are healthy, good for you.
I can't even tell u how the drink was. Due to the fact I was in the drive through for 15 minutes. Place my order then I was told at the window. What was your order again? When I been in line for 15 minutes and I said never mind.

Literally the WORST Smoothie King with the worst customer service. Every time i have attempted to go there ( usually on a Sunday), the wait times, especially in the drive thru, are HORRIBLE. Don't waste your time! They need more training!

Brett went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service top notch. I was acknowledged upon my arrival and he was very knowledgeable on the Smoothie King mobile app and rewards. Which I truly appreciate!! It was clean as always and fast!!! Even on a cold day I love to come here. Brett even offered to add enhancements and recommend various options to add to my smoothie. He’s not an order takers ….Brett is the model employee everyone should want to have !!!

Let me just start by saying that the young lady who assisted me was sooooo patient! And an absolute sweetheart! I didn't know what to order but the smoothie I did settle on was enjoyable. The 20oz was the perfect size! This is a newer location and my first time visiting. The inside was very clean and had bright / fun chairs. I plan to return back here soon.Drive thru available.

Every time I go they are so slow, I wish there was one closer to my house. They mess up my order half the time. And aren't very nice. It takes them so long to even take my order. I run my own restaurant, I would be so upset if it took my employees more than 3 minutes to even respond to a customer pulling up, but it took them 4 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then he asked me to wait another 3 minutes before my order was taken. That's insane. If I was in a rush I would've just left. I drive 40 minutes to take my son to the doctor, we get this as a treat on our way home. I doubt we will go back, last time we didn't even get what we ordered and for us to wait so long this time, it's just consistent issues.

I wanted a smoothie so BAD from here, not the others but here!! I walked in yesterday 8/31/23 and the two workers never even acknowledged me. The young lady was working the drive thru and the man was rinsing out several mixing containers. He saw me walk in and she looked at me but neither ever acknowledged me. I stood there 3-4 minutes at the counter until I just turned and walked out. So to the owner, hopefully you reads this because managers do not care, as they just work for the business. The actual owner cares, because it is their business. I will not be coming back. I will give my appreciated business to near by smoothie places, planet smoothie and tropical smoothie.

I like the smoothies and the first time I visited the service was great but after that it's been awful. They're so slow and there are only two workers in sight. The employees are nice-ish. They screwed up my order one day, and I left with only one smoothie of four that I ordered and I wasn't the only one whose order was not completed. I still like the smoothies, but efficiency is not good here. I've had much faster service elsewhere.
