If I could give this location 0 stars I would!! I ordered on their app and once my family and I arrived we parked in their designated mobile app pick up area. We waited 15 min for someone to come out with our order but no one came. My husband drove to the drive thru and they stated they didn’t receive an order. We drove to the window and I explained to the man that I ordered online and and tried to show him my online receipt and email and he sent the GM to the window. I tried to explain to her the situation and she proceeded to turn her head and roll her eyes and ignored me. She then tells me I need to call the third party app and that she couldn’t help me. After words exchanged and me telling her how poor her customer service was she then tells me I’m no longer welcome. I have never been treated so poorly and I will never come to that location again. She is very rude and unprofessional!

I waited for over 30 minutes for them to make a doordash order and bring it out. The employees closed the store without saying anything to me after telling me they would bring the order out when it was ready. They never made the order, closed the store and all employees left without saying anything to me. They turned the lights off with me sitting at the stall and left. I left after the employees left without my order.

Three times in a row now they have served me microwaved cheese sticks... If you can't tell the difference, you shouldn't be paid to make food... Other times they have told me drive-thru only, so I have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a slush. I wish there was another Sonic close by...
Edit: when I got brave enough to try again, I asked them to fry the cheese sticks up fresh, and they said that they would. But the ones I got were microwaved with a slight crisp, as if they had been thrown into the fryer for a few seconds... And yes, the difference is very obvious. Ever had microwaved French fries? Nothing tastes nearly as good microwaved and the cheese sticks just turn mushy.

I ordered a nyl and got a salad sandwich. It had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and so much lettuce and mayo. I wish I could post a pic actually.
We have been to Sonic many times, but this is the first time that I’ve rated them. Today I needed some protein after a workout, but I decided that I had a lot of red meat lately so I didn’t want a hamburger. A grilled chicken sandwich sounded great. When I took a quick at their menu board as I went through the drive-through the only thing I saw was a fried chicken sandwich. So when I got to the ordering location I asked the attendant if they had a grilled chicken sandwich. Her answer was no we don’t, so I said,thank you and left, intending to go elsewhere. So if you’re looking for comfort food Sonic may be your place. However, if you would rather eat in a healthier manner you probably need to go elsewhere because their menu consist of of beef and pork and everything else is fried. In the past, I was not impressed with their hamburgers, but that was quite a while back. I can recommend their chili hotdogs and onion rings; they are pretty darn good.
Vegetarian options: Only French fries, fried tata tots, fried onions rings, and the like.
Parking: Sonic is a classic old-time drive-in eating facility. You can dine at one of a few outdoor tables upfront, or go through their drive through, but most people park in spots near the many ordering apparatuses and call in their order. A server will bring out your meal and the you eat in your car.

Cannot get service any time we've been here. 4 times in a few days, simply for drinks, press buttons, and no one answers. They simply ignore you. It flashes and flashes, no one responds. We wait and wait. No customer service, no greeting, no nothing. Several times at night they turn all the lights off and hang out in their cars, while we are waiting on food. This is so frustrating. They aren't very friendly, so why waste $$$ here. Door dashers be aware. SUPER SLOW. They don't use the stickers, no cup holders, nothing. Have your own ready. Something has to change if prices continue to rise. Hite people who want to work? Who have some customer service skills? This is awful. Night crew is especially rude.

How is this place still open? Seriously tear it down and put something up better! I’ve never had a good experience here. Last time we went, the woman didn’t say anything for the longest time on the speaker and when we asked if she could hear us she came back with an attitude telling us to give her a minute. When we got our order, she messed it up, when we asked for chocolate milkshakes and she gave us vanilla. When we told her she just gave us 2 cups of chocolate syrup for us to add and told us to mix it ourselves. We could have done that at home why are we paying you then?! NEVER going back. I was told that there’s new management but they have the same problems.
