My husband just bought 2 milkshakes one was supposed to be strawberry but because they messed up the order it ticked them off that they had to correct it and all they done was put strawberry flavoring it it and handed it back it looks terrible PLEASE STOP PAYING HIGH WAGES FOR PISS POOR SERVICE!This is why we have stop eating out all together because of the service

Pulled in at about 8:35 p.m. most of the lights were already turned off drove up to the drive-thru window display they took my order asked me to confirm it as I did and still my order was completely bass acwards and the milkshake wasn't blended and the slushy was about 90% flavoring aka the syrup with ice. They were lacking and practically every aspect of their job will not go back there until I forget or get a craving for some tots

So incredibly rude. Many of the drive in spots are closed, with blacked out screens. When I finally found a working kiosk, the girl who took my order was so impatient and rude. I could hardly give her my order with her interrupting every second asking, “Is that all?” Terrible customer service. I will never come back to this location again.

They need to update the store hours! If you close at 8pm then why could I not order at 7:30pm? Especially when you have employees there just sitting around. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not attempt this location again!

I have tried to give them several chances... but with the cost of food today it's sad that every time you go the order is wrong or something is left off. The workers are nice but I really would like to get the HOT meal I paid for. Today biting into raw chicken probably did it for me. Also, be sure to check your lid so you don't get your shake in your lap!

If I could give a -5 I would. I visited the Trussville location first pulled into a stall and pushed the button a server came out to my car 2 times looking to deliver a online order that was not mine at no time when this server came to my car or watched me waiting in my car to be served did he ever say we are online and drive through service only. So after sitting here for almost 15 minutes waiting to be waited in he walks by on his 12th pass and I ask him if my stall was broken he replies with oh no it's not broken but unless you placed your order in our drive through or online we aren't serving any other way. So I pull out to go through the drivethrough and there is a line wrapped around the building one more car and I would not have gotten out of the stall I was in. So I decide I will do an online order and just pick it up at the Brompton/moody location on my way home. I make my order before I leave Trussville thinking that will give them plenty of time to make it and have it ready for pickup. Wrong I arrive let them know I'm there to pick up my online order and the girl waiting on me doesn't even have a clue what is in my ticket let alone have it ready. So I wait again. I am handed a grease soaked bag and asked about the drinks in my order. As I pass the bag to my passenger the bag touches my shirt and now I have this grease stain on my shirt get my drinks move out of the line to discover some of my items are missing so I go back through the drivethrough to ask about items I paid for but wasn't informed we're not in the bag and asked why the bag is saturated in grease and can I please have another and some napkins I am rudely told they are out of the items I didn't have in the bag upon asking about a refund I am told I will need to contact cooperate for a refund cause no one there knows how or what to do about it when I ask about substitutions for missing items I am told they don't do that either. So once I open the bag and reveal the sandwiches they took are not what was ordered. I try to call back to the store but get no answer. So I spent almost 2 hours communicating with cooperate a second time to be offered a $5.00 gift card not a refund for the items I paid for in advance and didn't get not even enough to cover the cost of the missing items. So I spent $33.00 for a meal for 2 that was incomplete wrong and my dog wouldn't or couldn't even eat the fries because they were like cardboard. I frequent sonic a good bit in different locations and I must say that if I return to anyone of their stores it will be for the ice and nothing else. Which I think I will just stick with Milos for that instead.

This is literally the worst experience of my life when I go here. Multiple times, we’ve sat in a building wrapped line when we get there at 8:15, don’t get to the menu till 8:55 and then finally hear a voice at 9 telling us “sorry we’re closed” after we’ve been there for 45 minutes. We sit at the window for 20 minutes waiting for awful food and drinks. We watch employees sit on their phones, walk around the kitchen, talking to each other like we aren’t even there for us to finally watch them pick up our drinks that were sitting there ready for 20 minutes. This place needs new managers or needs to be shut down because this place is an absolute joke

They were understaffed on a Saturday night, and the food took a long time to prepare. Then there was a long wait for the food, one of the staff was on her personal cell phone during my wait. Total wait time 35 minutes from order to pickup.

Needs better management and new night shift employees. Service at night in drivethru is terrible and blatantly rude. Management HAS to hear them talking the way they do to customers and proceed to do nothing about it.

Hey Sonic, this place needs to be reviewed by an official, went to kiosk and clicked the button waited about 5-10 minutes, nothing we assumed it wasn't working so we went to another, waiting and the same thing happened, but this time a lady came over the intercom and rudely told us that they were drive through only even as the kiosks are perfectly functional, the drive through has a ridiculous wait time for simple orders, after the Chili cheese tots that were given to us has very little cheese and no chili, very disappointed in this, especially in the fact we were given no receipt so we weren't able to get a refund. ?Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly, staff is entirely too rude.

One of the worst Sonics I've been to. All the employees have attitudes. Slow service. Terrible speakers. Very dirty grounds. 'Accidentaly' over charged me. Food looked NOTHING like the picture.
