Absolute the worst I've ever seen. 5 people working. We was only 2nd people in store. Took 16 minutes to get order taken, then 23 minutes to get food. They was to busy talking about having to work doubles. We are local and eaten here several times. We will NOT BE BACK.

The place was empty Sunday 3/31 evening around 630 only two guest.My son and I sit down and order right away. and put in a Togo order at the same time.Coffee was cold bacon was cooked so hard it crumbled toast was black, egg cooked medium was already busted on the plate when it was sat down. My sons food didn't arrive until I was done eating mine. Way overcooked bacon, dark waffle. He ate it anyway.We sat there for 15 minutes after eating watching the three employees cut up, play music on the juke box, and had a friend bring in their own food from taco bell.So after tired of watching the shenanigans we got up wanting our check and Togo food.When the employees(they had all went in the back laughing) realized we were standing at the counter they quickly came out and started shouting out the Togo order.So already frustrated I voiced how disappointing the experience was and we no logger needed the Togo food and we're tired of waiting and getting burnt food. The employees proceeded to laugh at the matter as if they didn't even care and that we were bothering them.Management needs to reconsidering employing these individuals

It was my first time trying Waffle House & it was ok. I like the texture of the waffle & the fact that the All-Star Breakfast comes with so many things for a very reasonable price. The staff was ok. I think they need more waitresses. There was only one woman working the counter & dining area when I was there & she looked like she was running ragged.
The place was empty. The waitress, so friendly. Food, it was the same steak sandwich and my sorta hash browns. For the first time I couldn't finish, but it was good food. YUM! As always.
