My daughter placed a pickup order in the app at 2pm on a Saturday. App showed order would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at 2:20pm and order was not ready. Was told it would be about 10 more minutes……~40 minutes later at 3:04pm food was ready.
On the bright side, the food was really good.

My first Wingstop experience! Finally, you have come to Trussville! The food was completely delicious. I ordered the Korean wings and they were crispy and the sauce was perfect: the fries were some of the best I have ever tasted and the ranch was life changing. Cannot wait to try something different on our next visit! Service was great, food was hot and ready and staff was friendly. Will be back soon!

Walked in and taken aback that there was no seating at all. Take out only. I had never seen one like this so was very disappointed, however, I will say the food was on point! Outstanding. Fresh and good service.

Food was very salty, and sauce flavors were bland. Ordered Hawaiian, no idea what it was supposed to taste like, but it was not Hawaiian, also ordered bbq and it just taste like burnt ashtray. service was great, the biggest issue I had was waiting area reeked of marijuana, not sure if it was the middle aged woman next to me or the crew. Not sure if I will give it another chance or not.
