The last who took my order isn't friendly. Seems prejudiced. I was overly nice to her and more n ice I tried the ruder she got. She wanted to take his order before me for some reason. He was a black guy and she went out of her way to be nice to him. He was blunt and unfriendly to her but either she's prejudiced to white men or she prefers being "manhandled" either way, she doesn't need to work with the public. Won't be back here.

Big shout out to the Tuscumbia Jacks. It is by far the best location with the nicest staff. Also the only fast food place where I can get a hand-scooped milkshake (I'm pregnant and can't have soft serve) the night shift crew is the funniest and sweetest to us! Love this location.

First time going to a Jacks (i live in a different state). It was fairly busy, and the crew seemed a little bit overwhelmed... nonetheless, they were VERY kind. The food was great. We got fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, chicken strips, fries and a couple different burgers. ALL of it was good! And the price was more than reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be a Jacks customer as long as there's one around! Thank you, Jacks #204 crew!! Y'all made a new life-long customer last night!!!

Jack’s food is the best fast food around. However the service at the Tuscumbia location is extremely slow, specifically after 4-5pm. I frequent this location often and after 4 or 5pm almost every car is told to pull up past the window and is waiting an additional 10 minutes or more. The staff is friendly but the wait time could definitely be improved.

Literally just got home to find out I ordered a cheese burger but they didn’t put cheese on it even I had to repeat my order 3 times cause of their intercom system, would recommend the muscle shoal’s location over this rubbish

Very friendly staff. Ya may have a short wait to get your dine in order, but it's always hot and fresh. Any requests are fulfilled with a smile. Of all the Jacks restaurants in the area, I believe this one is a favorite because it's so busy, every morning.
