Big shout out to the Tuscumbia Jacks. It is by far the best location with the nicest staff.
Also the only fast food place where I can get a hand-scooped milkshake (I'm pregnant and can't have soft serve) the night shift crew is the funniest and sweetest to us! Love this location.

First time going to a Jacks (i live in a different state).
It was fairly busy, and the crew seemed a little bit overwhelmed... nonetheless, they were VERY kind.
The food was great. We got fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, chicken strips, fries and a couple different burgers. ALL of it was good! And the price was more than reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be a Jacks customer as long as there's one around! Thank you, Jacks #204 crew!! Y'all...

She wanted to take his order before me for some reason.
He was a black guy and she went out of her way to be nice to him. He was blunt and unfriendly to her but either she's prejudiced to white men or she prefers being "manhandled" either way, she doesn't need to work with the public. Won't be back here.
