Good food there clean bathrooms we didn't have to wait long for our food the inside was very clean and the parking lot was clean. Play cancel it to eat there and the staff is pretty friendly

My daughter did a mobile order this past s Saturday 9/-13. When I went to pick it up after waiting for 15 min. The manager tells me that since it was not placed from my phone I could not get it. So I then asked for my refund and she told me it would take 24-48 hrs to get my refund. I told her that I was going to either get my food or my money. And then she comes back and says the order was placed for the drive thru. So after waiting another 25 min I finally get my order. No more for me.

Always takes forever and most employees aren’t friendly. Every time I visit, there’s either something missing or it’s someone else’s order

I need answers. Not apologies. Not coupons. Answers.

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, expecting the sandwich we all grew up with — the one with the molten square of cheese hugging the fish like it meant it. Instead? I got half a slice.

HALF. A. SLICE.

One thin, miserable rectangle of dairy, tossed on the sandwich like it got demoted mid-shift. It was just sitting there — all crooked and ashamed — like it knew it didn’t belong. Honestly, it looked like someone peeled it off another sandwich and thought, “Yeah, that’ll do.”

Was this a mistake? A dare? Some twisted cost-cutting initiative dreamed up in the fiery pits of corporate hell? Are y’all slicing cheese like it’s fine Italian marble now?

And don’t tell me it’s “policy.” What kind of dystopian cheese-hating policy is this? What boardroom full of joyless executives sat down and said, “Gentlemen… let’s ruin lunch.”

I paid for a full sandwich. I didn’t ask for some minimalist deconstructed cheese tragedy. I’ve seen toddler Lunchables with more integrity.

I want justice. I want the other half of my slice delivered by courier with a formal apology and a handshake from Ronald himself. I want a national moment of silence for what could have been. I want cheese equity, damn it.

Until then, McDonald’s, I’ll be dining elsewhere. Preferably somewhere that doesn’t serve cheese trauma between two buns.

On 6/16/25 @2:57pm while going through the drive-thru, I was instructed to go sit in the sun and wait for my order. Mind you, the LAST time I was told to sit in the sun and wait at that McDonald's, I was left sitting there MORE than 10 minutes. .. and due to my health concerns a repeat of that, was out of the question, so, I asked my son to inform the young boy at the window of our last experience... (which he did). Then, the boy at the window told a young girl who I took to be as acting as a type of manager. She had a smug look on her face when she looked at me and nodded. I expected them to take care of the orders they had ready before mine, but what I didn't expect and was absolutely unacceptable was the fact that that same young girl walked sideways to go between my car and the drive-thru window holding her stinky butt 6 inches from my face as she waited for an order to be handed to her... she repeated this each time she came back for another of the 3 orders that she handed out before mine.
To top it off, there wasn't enough ink on the receipt and it's impossible for my poor eyesight to read. I hope that girl loses her position... there is no excuse to be that nasty and disrespectful to a customer who is spending their money for your services.
