On 6/16/25 @2:57pm while going through the drive-thru, I was instructed to go sit in the sun and wait for my order. Mind you, the LAST time I was told to sit in the sun and wait at that McDonald's, I was left sitting there MORE than 10 minutes. .. and due to my health concerns a repeat of that, was out of the question, so, I asked my son to inform the young boy at the window of our last experience... (which he did). Then, the boy at the window told a young girl who I took to be as acting as a type of manager. She had a smug look on her face when she looked at me and nodded. I expected them to take care of the orders they had ready before mine, but what I didn't expect and was absolutely unacceptable was the fact that that same young girl walked sideways to go between my car and the drive-thru window holding her stinky butt 6 inches from my face as she waited for an order to be handed to her... she repeated this each time she came back for another of the 3 orders that she handed out before mine. To top it off, there wasn't enough ink on the receipt and it's impossible for my poor eyesight to read. I hope that girl loses her position... there is no excuse to be that nasty and disrespectful to a customer who is spending their money for your services.

Long wait for a simple burger and fries. They prefer you to use the order machine instead of giving your order to an actual person. Now I remember why I don't go to McDonald's.

This McDonald's is horrible every single time something is missing it's ridiculous and it happens weather I went in or drive threw and when you tell them most of the time they act time your lieing even when you haven't left the restaurant very unprofessional rude staff not all but most of them I only go there cause its the only one around and its not very often

I ordered 4 apple pies sit and waited 20 minutes only brought me 2 and a partial refund . I told I guess the manager I wanted 4 pies. Not 2 . Dropped the pies at his feet told him to keep the pies and the refund . Sounds like he needed the pies and the money more than I did . He called me a smart-ass for dropping the pies at his feet. . Bad management need to close the doors

They try to charge me 65 dollar for 3 bigmac meal and 1 big mac im hoping they put back on my card ill know monday went i go to bank

I have eaten here almost daily for a while during lunch. Today is the 2nd day I’ve seen an employee leave the men’s room after using the facilities, and go straight back to work without washing their hands. I notified to management both times, but apparently it didn’t help. I advise you to skip this location. It’s the employee’s are comfortable enough to not care if you see them doing this, imagine what else they’re doing.
