Visited on 09/01/2025. Took forever to get someone to help us in the counter. They promoter hello Kitty and ninja turtles but they don’t have it. And i just noticed when i opened the happy meal and asked for it. I didn’t get a sorry or nothing just a we are out of hello Kitty, but hem you try to go to another McDonald’s to get it change and nobody does it. So, what is the point? Didn’t have milkshakes and we also order a golden sauce deluxe burguer and it didn’t look like the picture. It was a waste of time and money!

Don’t bother going for the adult happy meal. They “can’t” make the shakes. But they haven’t been able to make shakes for the last 3 years, so no surprise there. They don’t give you any of the collectible items that are supposed to come with the meal. When we bit into our burgers there was still pink in the middle. The absolute worst place with the rudest manager.

Closing shift manager 8:30 pm is absolute trash. He is a disgrace to McDonald’s managers in the shoals area. I know a great manager in Florence names Touce Dixon. His store mops the floor with this chump in tuscumbia. I came and got 3 McDoubles small fry No pickles no onions. I returned told manager the issue he asked what did I want him to do about it. I asked to make new ones. He seemed like he ain’t want to be there anyway. I get my burgers and leave only to check and see no onions. Not a huge deal but I mean dang I just want it how I like it. Pause. I walk inside and ask for a refund and I asked him what happened and he said ask them in the back. Dude is not a boss. The blonde girl at the window would make a better cut for it than him.
Ended up with a bunch of nasty burgers. I got the refund though.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and only got a single patty. When I brought it up to the counter, she said well that’s because you changed it to a deluxe and you didn’t specify that you still wanted two patties.

Did not get all of my order, super frustrating after spending the evening at the ball field and was trying to get some food before calling it a night. Even ordered on the app to try and make it easy, to top it off the drinks tasted off. Pitiful
** Updated review as of 4/28. Management made things right and the food was very good this time around. Thanks for fixing this for us and making things right.

Worst McD's in a 50 mile radius. Inconsistent hours, and you better check your order before you leave, odds are it's wrong. I'll drive past this one, closest to me, and go to Muscle Shoals or Florence

Truck stop McDonald's....forgot to give us three sandwich on this order....but it always seems to be some issue at this location... And HEADS UP! 90% OF THE TIME THE ICECREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN.....
IF IT WAS ME RUNNING THIS LOCATION....ID HAVE PUT IN FOR A WHOLE NEW MACHINE YEARS AGO! OR ITS POSSIBLE THAT THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HAVE TO CLEAN IT.AT THE END OF THEIR SHIFT....SO ITS ALL OF A SUDDEN BROKEN....Id bet the later is more of the truth....Sad!

We travel a lot, and have been to dozens if not more McDonald’s over the years. This is by far the BEST one. Friendly staff, food is always fresh and on point. They’ve never missed or messed up a single thing even when we customize items. We will be permanently moving away from this area soon and I will definitely miss the consistency I’ve experienced here. Keep it up!

How do you forget to put the main part of the meal in the bag..? How am I supposed to eat chicken nuggets without said chicken nuggets..? How ridiculous and utterly disappointing this mcdonald's is... I mean seriously how dumb can you be?
