They are always closed on days when they are supposed to be open till 8pm, it's honestly annoying when I want some on a hot day and do not want to go to florence they are closed ?

Their shaved ice is great but their hours aren't accurate and they don't have a number on here so you can't even call if their open. I don't know how many times we have gone over there and they weren't open because they aren't accurate on their stuff. They need to fix it.

Took me and my girl to the Florence location…n got str8 ice no cream or anything even asked for heavy cream and still str8!ice …it was so bad we couldn’t even slurp it up with a straw not even a lil bit of it…🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

just went got a large Miami Vice with heavy cream took one spoonful of it and the heavy cream was spoiled took it back up there and the boy wouldn't come to the window so my son knocked and knocked so I blow the horn so the smart mouth boy come to the window and told him to tell me to lay off my horn he fixed me another Miami Vice but was very rude we won't be back and the reason he didn't come to the window he was on his cell phone you could see him in there on his cell phone.
