Their shaved ice is great but their hours aren't accurate and they don't have a number on here so you can't even call if their open. I don't know how many times we have gone over there and they weren't open because they aren't accurate on their stuff. They need to fix it.

Took me and my girl to the Florence location…n got str8 ice no cream or anything even asked for heavy cream and still str8!ice …it was so bad we couldn’t even slurp it up with a straw not even a lil bit of it…🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

I had some grape with cream on it from yalls portable stand when yall were at UNA on 5/16/23! Yall were FRIENDLY and working HARD to make sure we ALL got served!

Love this place fr been there so many times never gets old has a lot of stuff to try stuff that kids and adults would like I personally liked the hello kitty when I was younger but tigers blood with strawberry syrup never gets old
