Food was outstanding, we went around 10:30 and they had several empty seats. Took the staff at least 5 mins to even come to us and they weren't busy. Every time someone brought us something it was someone different. I had to ask for a refill but the food made up for it.

Do not waste your time here. We waited over two hours for our food and when it came out it was ice cold. There is absolutely no way that the meats stayed above 140 degrees which is standard for servsafe. I felt very disappointed after seeing the good reviews about this restaurant and being served cold/unsafe food. If I were you i would not waste my time here. Also, the staff is very unorganized in every way. Please close the doors to this restaurant before you seriously hurt someone.

Don't stress yourself, unless you have 2 hours to waste on ordering and getting your food. It has been this way on 2 occasions that we have tried it. POOR staff, kitchen staff, and management!
Me and my wife ate here for breakfast on Saturday 9/20/25 and Lunch on 9/21/25 and let me say this place is AMAZING!! The food was DELICIOUS, the staff was VERY FRIENDLY and did their jobs well, and all in all one of the BEST restaurants in the Shoals area! Looking forward to coming to eat here again!!

So Waffle House is going out of business because places like this exist. Great country feel with a genuinely nice staff.
They also had 5 different gravies. Gravy… usual Sausage gravy … great Chocolate gravy … amazing Red eye gravy…. Confusing. But not bad Tomato gravy…. Didn’t have time for all of them.
This place is a must try! Glad we did!
