Staff extremely rude. Basically stated if I did not complain about Applebees, Chilis, Texas Roadhouse…and other popular chain restaurants’ pricing I should not complain about Ryan’s. My response was I would be getting more for the price. Her response was a sarcastic ‘thanks for supporting Black Business’. I am all for supporting Black Business when I can. But, I do not support rudeness nor to made to feel like I am obligated to pay 4 star pricing for 1 star service simply based on my ethnicity. BTW, the order was not for myself, but for a local relative. Had it been for me, I would have walked away. Union Springs is such a small community one would think every opportunity to expand your customer base would be embraced.

I didn’t like the chicken. It’s skimpy and tiny for the price and the fish filet sandwich was placed *on top of* the bread which was plain and uncooked in any way. The location is convenient but the service is rude. It would’ve been better if it they were a little nicer.

Went there for the first time visiting from out of town & wanting to try chicken & seafood & sides. The lady who waited on me was so rude once I said something about fish I could not get another word in because all this lady keep yelling how many pieces 2-3. After being that rude I just ordered 2 pieces of fish took 5-10 minutes no problem. When I did get my food I also had to sides that I wasn't given a choice. Ryan I LOVE TO PATRONIZE BLACK OWN BUSINESS!! THIS LADY TODAY 8/20/24 @ 1:11 pm displayed the worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. Good luck

Stopped here to grab lunch and meet a few friends before checking in at a local outfitter. The thin cut pork chops were perfect, tender and moist with some of the beat seasoning I have ever had. The wings were crispy tender and the sweet Chilli was fantastic. I will definitely go out of my way to eat here if I am remotely close to the area.
