They gave me a door and the door was broken, they told me to go to the other one, there is a trailer there, they drive around the site and cannot take an empty trailer from the dock so that I can drive in! Here they work for hours and smoke marijuana and are not happy to do anything! I drove in at 3:40 a.m. and left around 10:00 a.m. One of the worst companies! I advise the management to hold a meeting and explain the duties of the employees! Someone is working and someone is sitting in pairs and telling each other who is doing what and how! Consistency is zero

Women Guard on the gate 8 for loads delivery, is COMPLETELY out of herself, control and place! She doesn’t talks she screams you. It is super disappointing coming from a so important company as Mercedes Benz, it no makes any sense how this company hires people as her, unhappy and so poor professionalism conditions. The worst of the situation is that this is not the first review on her!!! So… Many drivers has experienced same with this lady? Authorities has to do something with this extremely rude person… it is more than humiliating

This security Here need to be fired she's very unprofessional for mercedesmy Co.driver checking at 6:00 pm the have us wait till 8:15 everybody came after us get a dock number they let us stay there I went inside try to ask why everybody came after us get a dock we don't so I taught security guard checking people in she's like get out my window I'm like why you giving me attitude she do hear me I said get out my window or are you slow I told if not happy Here do something else . To be honest mercedes need a better security to represent us driver went we came in to facility to bring load mercedes do better next time please cause pm security girl you Have scared driver away.

My first experience dropping a load here went fairly smooth. Only drawback is that they seem to only have two dock available for delivery.
Avoid this Mercedes plant they are super lazy
