Recently, I had a really disappointing experience at Jacks because of an employee named Shay. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I found myself avoiding the restaurant for a while because it was clear that she lacked any real customer service skills. It was frustrating to think that a place I used to enjoy could be affected by one person's behavior.

Despite my previous experience, I still find myself going back to Jacks whenever I know that April and Connie are working. These two are absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always make me feel like part of the family when I walk in. Plus, they whip up the best milkshakes I’ve ever tasted! It’s hard to believe that such a wonderful experience can come from the same restaurant. April and Connie truly embody what Jacks should be all about, and they deserve all the recognition for their hard work and dedication! Thank you APRIL and CONNIE for being such remarkable humans showing how the face of this restaurant should look!!!!

Went through the drive-thru and the lady taking my order was rude and rushing me along like she didn’t have time to be taking my order, there was no one behind me in the drive-thru, shouldn’t be working with the public if you are going to act that way, then I get up to the window to pay and get my food and instead of putting the food in two separate bags that would fit through my window they pilled everything in one bag so I had to turn my food sideways to get it in my window and green bean juice went everywhere, DO BETTER!

I ordered the three piece fried chicken meal, and specifically asked for a breast and a thigh as I have seen where two of the pieces would/have been small. I didn't ask or care if it cost more. The tatted up worker half looked at the order, and I was given a thigh and two tiny legs without enough meat to qualify as chicken. I was told every 3 piece meal has a breast in it regardless. The service i experience today will most likely end my stops at the vernon location, as I would prefer the local gas station food to this.

Stood in line for almost 10 minutes . No one even greeted us when we walked in except a lady who just clocked out. Walked up to register to get refill and the manager in a bright red shirt looked at me, turned around never ask if he could help. Finally the girl running the register refilled my drinks.
