I've actually had like 19 out of my last 20 visits to this Jack's be everything I had hoped for, and every issue I've had was handled quickly. I appreciate all employees who care about their work, it's noticed even if nobody says thanks. So thank you, keep up the good work.
Recently, I had a really disappointing experience at Jacks because of an employee named Shay. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I found myself avoiding the restaurant for a while because it was clear that she lacked any real customer service skills. It was frustrating to think that a place I used to enjoy could be affected by one person's behavior.
