I mean for a jacks it was what id expect. The service was good, on time, drive thru staff were polite and professional. The only thing I didn't like was that they evidently changed up their chicken finger recipe, which is fine, they taste good, but weren't what I expected. I liked Jacks crispy, sort of thicker sized chicken tenders and I liked their regular honey mustard. They have now changed it to be more like Zaxby's chicken fingers, sort of smaller and more of a soft savory crust than crispy, and they changed their honey mustard to be more like Chic-Fil-A, a bit more on the sweet side than tangy. They dropped all the portions down. I got less fries too. I really wanted some good old school crispy jacks tenders. If I'd have wanted what they gave me at the time I would have gone to Zaxby's or somewhere else.

It’s always mostly perfect at this Jacks. I drive by the one on Main Street and drive abt four miles to go to the Vinemont one. The Vinemont crew needs to train the Main Street one and show them what customers like,

No complaints with the food just seems like all to often you certainly need to check your bag before you drive off. This location is a convenient. However, either the ability to read the order and put what’s ordered in the bag is off or they pay no attention at all. People are friendly. Just seemingly is a habitual offender in not getting what you actually order. You’d think as many times as you have to go on to swap things being the same person, they’d figure it out.

It says on here and on their doors that they open at 5am i went today, sat for 15 minutes in the drive through and then someone told me they don’t open until 6am. i’ve also ordered online and picked my food up and was missing items, this itself has happened twice.
