It says on here and on their doors that they open at 5am i went today, sat for 15 minutes in the drive through and then someone told me they don’t open until 6am. i’ve also ordered online and picked my food up and was missing items, this itself has happened twice.

This website says that the restaurant opens at 4:30 AM but was told by any employee they do not open till 5 AM. Which one is correct??

Just so-so burgers, but the chicken is good. This is however suppose to be a burger joint.
Very friendly at this one. I was amazed at the fact you can get a bag of ice at this location. Steak biscuit and sausage, egg, and cheese wraps are not on the list below, but that is what we got.
It doesn’t look at all like the picture on the menu, half a sausage patty instead of chopped and hardly any eggs at all. And it’s actually really small of a wrap, which size may just be how they are so no knock there but just know they’re tiny ?sadly disappointed ☹️

Jack's does not know how to pull people up. When there order takes 10 minutes to cook. They need someone to teach them how to run the drive thru. We sat in line for almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks.
