HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Called an order in at 5:30 and was told it would be ready by 6:30. Got there and its not ready. Was told 15 more mins, fine...gotcha, no problem. Waited and again...NOT ready, 6:45 by now...ok, no biggie. Now its 7 o clock by this time and im told another 10 mins with attitude like its my fault for checking my order when i was told to BY THEIR TIME. Almost 2 fn hours by this point, NO answers, more attitude. ANOTHER 10 mins...Got tired of walking to the window...
I got the hot, hot wings they were very good the service was great you can tell they care I got three sets of utensils a wad of paper towels and more than enough ranch without having to ask
We called our in and the lady was super nice and she recalled my order back to me not just once but twice. And then when I picked it up she called it back to me again and made sure that everything was in the bag and correct. Thanks
