Ordered 3 pizzas, Parmesan bites and cheesy bread. Not any of the 3 pizzas were worth eating. Cold. Pineapple on 1 was ruined. Tasted very bad. Black olives on another pizza were so tough they couldn't be eaten. Just poor poor quality. Domino's used to rule the pizza crowd. It's went WAY DOWNHILL. The last 2 orders have been thrown out. 40.00 wasted.

Ordered a 14" pie that was clearly 10" in diameter last night. Obvious that the middle was cut out 2" both ways, which I know happens at a lot of pizza places but the pizza also had almost no cheese, or sauce and was mostly terrible to eat. Called the store and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Because I called them the next day and submitted the problem form the night before when it happened. And apparently the Dominos site where I submitted the complaint didn't register somehow. The salads are pretty good but overall extremely disappointed with their pizza and customer service. They could have done more to keep me as a customer and make it right, but they did not.

We order from this dominos all the time. We called and placed an order the lady even applied a coupon bc the app was glitching. An hour passes and I call back and ask what’s going on and the lady (who sounds like the same person who took my order) says they don’t have a number or address or order that matches the description. I am furious and can’t believe this. I called and asked to speak to a manager she said she was a manager and I just couldn’t believe it.. there is no way she is a manager and if she is she should be fired I am in disbelief.

This place deserves a -00000 and beyond that. It should be closed. I had an issue with my order ad always with this location. Mind you never with the Gardendale or Fultondale location. Solely the Warrior. I do my best to give this the benefit of ybe down. Being it is o my home town but never again. I will drive a hundred miles away or use another pizza place before ordering from this location. Because I have had so many issues with Warrior Domino's. I double checked my order in store before leaving. If course as always, it was wring. Even the cashier said it looked burnt and didn't have extra cheese. The manager Brady Todd said yes there is extra cheese because it is on top of the topping. I took pics to send to corporate. There clearly is no cheese on top of the topping and burnt as usual. I called to ask who the owner or General Manager was. Steven Majors answered stating it was Derrick Paris and he was never there nor did he ever speak to him. In a smart tone he said your would be better to contact corporate because Derrick is never available and if you like you can throw my name in the mix. Then in a smart tone he said oh yeah Brady said hi. This is unacceptable! I forwarn anyone to stay away from this location. It is beyond terrible and had been for years. To through in the mux as Steven Majors replied. The pizza was cold and dry on top of everything else. I try to support local but never will I patron Domino's in Warrior again!!!

8/16/2024 Special on 2 toppings pizza $6.99 but was charged $8.99 was told that it was 1 topping for $6.99 but the ad stated 2 topping for $6.99 so customer beware not good practice.

Unfortunately I have to change my previous review. I ordered two pizzas tonight both are extremely dry. I had extra cheese on both of them too. As you can see none at all so upsetting. I have came here for pizza for years. I have always had a great experience every time. Except for the last year or so. They been very inconsistent on quality for sure. Hopefully in the future it gets better and I can change this review again.
