Walked in and one employee was asleep, another looked at me and walked to the back. The cashier then started helping the people who walked in after me. It took 30 minutes to get one medium iced coffee. Bugs everywhere. I would never recommend this place.

I ordered the same drink from Dunkin every single morning, but it’s a mystery as if it’s gonna be right or if it’s gonna be wrong I order a macchiato because it comes with more espresso than a latte and yet I end up with a layered latte most of the time I guess they don’t think people know how their drinks are supposed to be made or they’re not used to drinking the same thing over and over again and they won’t know the difference. But we know the difference, two shots of espresso equals latte four shots equals macchiato not to mention you pay More for the macchiato because you get more espresso they really need to fix this two large espresso shots go in a macchiato that equals four regular espresso shots

I’m a regular who comes through probably 2-3 times a week. I will not be back after today. They were talking crap about the customer ahead of us, and they didn’t realize their speaker was on. When we pulled around to have our order fixed, I heard one of the girls saying that we were just wanting to complain basically and that nothing was wrong, but the other girl at the window said that they did mess it up. All I wanted was a remake on my coffee. I didn’t even say anything out of the way, but I could hear them talking about us in the kitchen. I’ve worked fast food for several years before, and I have never been rude to a customer because I got their order wrong. I’ll just start going to Gardendale. Maybe they’re nicer there.

Update: I tried it again today. This girl was so friendly! And my drinks are right. I’ll try it out again if this is the new staff.
