Walked in today and told the gentleman working the register that I couldn't locate my free coffee on the app, he said not to worry and without hesitation poured me a free cup. Super nice and very much appreciated. Great staff and super pleasant. Made my day much better!!

Store was closed due to short staff. We loaded back in the car and went to the drive thru at 5:45pm. We were told sorry we close at 6pm due to short staff. We went across the street for food instead. It's now 6:09pm and the open sign is still on.

Got to the window and sat for 10-15 minutes only to have the guy tell us that the "eggs were frozen" and that it would take a long time to get our sandwiches. So we asked for a refund and the guy at the window took the card (still havnt gotten part of our order). He gives us it back and the receipt has said that he actually charged us again for the sandwiches instead of a refund. He then tries for the next 5 minutes to call someone and tells us that there is not anyone there to help us and to come back tomorrow. So this Dunkin in a Saturday had NO MANAGER. Or anyone who knows what they were doing. He asked "Anything else?" And we were like yeah the empanada we ordered. He gave it to us and we left, the empanada was in pieces and was so greasy and gross. Never going back.

Says the lobby is closed with a female employee vaping while sitting in the lobby while the male employee took 30 minutes to take our order and make TWO coffees. Never going here again and there bosses should really rethink whom they hire.

I come here often and since they’ve hired new employees it’s not worth going anymore they are lazy and seem miserable to be there, nothing is made right or cooked all the way very disappointing, also while my food was being mad the employee making it was a wearing gloves while on their phone and then didn’t change the gloves then handled my food again very gross.Matcha is also listed as a menu item but when you try to order it they always say they don’t have it?
Literally one of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to!!!! The girls and all the staff are amazing!!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!
