The food is great and the employees are always so friendly but the GM is horrible. She is rude to the employees her attitude is just horrible The staff looks so stressed when she is there The atmosphere is just horrible when she is the The day's she is not there it's a completely different place. I can actually enjoy my visit on the days she is not there. PLEASE get a new GM. I promise it will be better for the location.

Well, we will keep it short, well kinda. I Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit in the Drive through and got and scraggily (if that’s a word) biscuit with only Bacon. Sure the order got mixed up , but 15 minutes down the road is frustrating. I’ll give it another try this week. Never been let down at a Hardee’s, and I’m sure they will redeem themselves.

This location has become a joke. I cannot even give a good review because the last 3 times I’ve attempted to go there I’ve been told (after sitting in line) that 1) not taking card payments 2) computer system was down and 3) this morning at 9:45 am after sitting in line for 15 minutes was told they were not taking drive through orders. This has all been within the last two months. Ridiculous.

Went and got a biscuit and cinnamon roll they were both hard the biscuit was so hard it chipped my tooth when I bite into it. And what little bit of bacon I got on my biscuit was burnt

Lobby was dirty (dirty tables and food on the floor) with several employees standing around making excuses about the dirty lobby. Manager was in and out of building. Another person not in a uniform was behind the counter with an unlit cigarette in her hand and in shorts.

9AM this morning I ordered a “frisco breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, no meat.” Seems simple enough. However, I got 2 untoasted pieces of bread with 2 unmelted slices of cheese… I’m glad I looked in my bag before I left. I asked for my money back. No way would I ever eat anything from this Hardee’s. Super gross!

Stop at 520 am and where not open. No explanation that they weren’t open or anything. It’s also not the first time this has happened at this location.
