We stopped there between my son's two baseball games, and he really wanted some chicken tenders. They weren't serving lunch yet so we asked and they said they would be @11am and we waited. I went up to order @1105am and they said they still weren't ready yet because their broiler was broken and needed 15 more minutes. @1120am I went up to order. As I ordered the chicken tenders the manager said "oh, I don't think we have any." They went and checked and indeed they had zero chicken tenders. I told my son and disappointedly he said let's go somewhere else. Most of the employees seemed aloof and didn't seem to care about being there but there was one polite guy who was trying to help but everything was stacked against him. He graciously apologized to us as we left the dining room.

This is why I stopped years ago eating here. They can’t even do a simple step in preparing an order.The Frisco is to be toasted. If you can’t do it right then don t advertise the product or sell it! Does this look toasted ! Incompetence at its finest
