We placed our order and the guy working behind the counter was going to get our box and the other guy literally box the chicken up. I was wandering why the guy was dropping the chicken and biscuits in the box like a airplane and then gave it away to someone in the drive thru and then the other guy said I’m sorry they gave your chicken away. The cashier was lost for words when the guy gave it away he just stood there and said sorry ma’am he gave your chicken. We just got our money back he literally did it on purpose. It was not a good experience at all. The cashier was the only nice person

These poor people were understaffed today but they are working their hardest. I appreciate what they're doing and have been in that situation myself. The woman in charge was so kind and was being such a good boss making sure her employees were doing okay as everyone rushed around and helped each other out, all while taking orders, filling orders, and trying to find help from other stores. They all need and deserve a raise.

Drive thru lady was very rude I politely tried to say hello to find out if they were at the server and I was patient . So I greeted them again. And the took our order and very rudely said \" Don't say hello\" in a snarky tone

Never disappoints with a delicious hot breakfast and this particular location is excellent at getting everyone in \\u0026 outta the drive thru very quickly so people aren’t late for work.

This is a good Jack's. The food is usually hot, the service isn't that slow except for the morning rush and that's just because everyone around wants their biscuits. Only real negative is that they don't have the good ice here.

Honestly, hard to beat for fast food fried chicken. Everything is fresh and made to order, and the service is good. Brought little brother over here since he's from out of state where they do not have Jack's and he was impressed lol.

8 minutes for grilled chicken at noon? My Fixed order which had mustard in random places was still sub par with the cheese not even all the way on the burger. Please do better.

I pulled in they had a line wrapped around the building but nobody was inside I went inside did not get served for a very long time so I decided to leave when I left the line had dissipated and I would have gotten served if I stayed in line. They were more worried about clearing out there drive-through line then they cared about the people staying in the inside. I won't be going back to this Jack's. I did speak with the manager the manager was nice and explain what was happening but there's no excuse to let people stand in the lobby while you work your drive-thru. When I walked in the door I was the second person back and they served about 12 or 15 people while I stood inside and got no service

We went by last night for dinner it was about 20 minutes until closing time, we ordered two meals and an extra drink and an extra fry, we were told we'd have to wait for the fries and burger meat to be cooked, which was fine so we pulled up and waited. The employee that brought our order out wasn't very friendly and acted annoyed that we were even there. Our fries were hot, but the burgers were cold despite supposedly being freshly cooked. The employee taking our order and at the window also seemed a bit annoyed we were coming through so late. I understand that they probably want to go home, but if an establishment closes at 11pm they should still be prepared to make orders until 11pm and clean after 11pm so that any customers that come before aren't treated as though they're an inconvenience because you've probably already gotten things cleaned up. Overall it was okay and the food was okay. I wouldn't go back late night though just because of the service you'll receive.

We visited jacks on 11/26/22 around 11:30 am, Krystal was super friendly and took our order. Our food was fantastic. Great location right off the highway. This was our first time eating at a Jacks, as we are from out of town. Thank you for the excellent food and service.

Beautiful new building, but employees just do not listen to you. You better ensure you check your order before you even move your car in the drive-through (which then makes the employees mad at you because it makes their service times longer). Items are typically missing or are wrong. In addition, I always order extra fry salt on the side, always. I tell them up front at the ordering box I want extra fry salt on the side and I will pay whatever they want to charge me, but I want extra fry salt on the side, not fries with no salt, but fries with regular salt and a container of fry salt on the side. I place this same order multiple times a week. I never get fry salt. I check my order before I move my car, they get upset because I ask for whatever else is wrong or missing in my order (which 4 out of 5 times is an additional item and my fry salt). It is beyond me why an establishment is upset that I want what I paid for. I chose to utilize the drive-through. If they can't get the drive-through process correct, that is an internal issue; it's not mine, and I should not bear the brunt of their adolescent actions. I can, and actually may now, as I write this review and actually realize how often this happens. This is a new location, closer to my house and has allowed me to avoid the traffic of The Exchange, so I have tried to patronize this location as much as I can because my husband prefers Jacks. I actually prefer Chick-fil-A, obviously, the fry salt of Jacks is the main attraction for me. There are some internal issues that really need to be addressed at this location. Perhaps it is time for District Management to take some time and provide some support to this location to help them be successful. Jacks is a MUCH LOVED restaurant in southern culture. Invest appropriately so this location will be around for many, many years to come.

I love the new location. It is clean and well organized. Everyone is kind and ready to serve you. I have been very impressed by the quality, flavor, and price of the food.

Four times in a row they have messed up my order and blamed me. I asked for a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and they ask would I like cheese on my hamburger. Next I try to explain I work Security at the Auburn game and am an insulin dependent diabetic and the manager escalated the situation and threatened to call the cops. I will personally make it a point to never recommend this store to anyone. Took my money gave me the wrong order and going to get it twisted it is my fault. No I work 2 jobs and can not even get my order right. No, I can find someone else and encourage others to do the same.

Come on guys! Yall have got to do better than this! What has happened to this industry. I order 2 meals....nobody in line behind me....and you make me pull over into a parking space and wait. Minutes later...still no one in line...while we wait!! I can definitely understand why no one is in line!! Do Better!!!
