Jack's has gone down lately. Customer service has never been good but it's worse than bad. The food is eatable but not terrific. And I will say it's not the worst place in town to eat

Always fast and fresh! Excellent milkshakes!!!Update Mar 2024... I have had it w this jacks at night. There day shift people rarely mess it up at least not for me. But I literally think shaggy off of Scooby-Doo and his twin handled and completely messed up my order. It was resolved but I mean it wasn't just one thing, it was the opposite of what I ordered! Get it together night shift!

The crew are simply amazing!! The person with the pink hair that works DT (I forgot their name, im sorry!!) And Zack are always so friendly and patient, ill drive to this one over the one by my house just cause of it. I never have to worry about my order being messed up ??
