My son went thru the drive thru. After getting home I noticed that the food was contaminated with other food making it inedible. Gravy all over other food items when no one even ordered gravy. Due to a medical issue I cannot have gravy at all. My son was not even given a receipt. When I tried to call, I was hung up on 7 times before getting to speak with a human. The “manager” Jenny was rude and of no help at all. After asking that the district manager call me she hung up on me. If you do not want to do your job and send out correct items or fix the problem - close the doors.

We just had the best fried chicken we’ve ever gotten. It was still hot when we got home to eat. Very good! Biscuits were as well!

When this location first opened up and with the group of people who initially started thereIt was ran with efficiency and the service was great now it has gone downhill significantly the service is awful you consistently get wrong orders out the window and when you go in to eat lunch and you only have 30 minutes for lunch and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your order well you get the picture management needs to come in reevaluate fire the staff is in there now and bring back the original workers then maybe you'll have a good restaurant again

Food has been terrible for 3 weeks now. I ask for sweet tea every time. I get unsweet every time. Biscuits are rock hard. Burgers cold. Cheese not melted. Sauce all over the wrapper. Looks like food is thrown from a distance into bag. I was a regular for years. I won't be back.

Just wanted to share what happened to be this morning! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! ?? I went to Jack’s in Hayden. Just had to try the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT!! (FYI they serve it at lunch not breakfast.) But they were kind and made me one anyway!! Thank you Jack’s!!! But that’s not all. I go to pay for my meal and the person ahead of me had paid for my meal!!! Thank you kind stranger!!! That was very sweet!!! I really appreciated it!!!! So, I thought that’s a great idea!!! So I paid it forward and paid for the person in line behind me! So thankful!!! And by the way.....the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT IS AWESOME!!! I love this Jack’s!!! Never disappoints. Now just bring back the pork chop dinner!! ?

How about getting the order right just once?!? We haven’t eaten there in months because of this problem. We decided to give them a chance last night and not only was it wrong, but they served chicken that must have been left from lunch. It was so dry that it was inedible. I won’t waste my money again!
