I order on their on their app so I don't have to wait on my order. I get an email stating my order was ready to be pick up and I get down there and they are dropping it in the oven. Hello. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. 30 minute wait is ridiculous. It will be a while before I chose to spend my money there.

The girl at the window didn't even read my receipt. And asked what my name was. When it was clearly at the top of my receipt. Then tried to short me over half my order. They really need to get better people to work there. That actually care about the customers food. I've witnessed them drop pizza boxes on the floor with pizza in it and not change boxes before handing to customers. Service sucks they are way too slow. To many people wanna stay in the back instead of up front working front counter and drive threw.

I placed my order at 6:09 . Didn't get my order until 7:45 i even went in 30 minutes later to check on it and i get it there's people before me . So anyways they said we are putting it in the oven now, so not to much of a wait . I said okay thank you. I even let them know where I was parked . Well I waited and waited watching videos on my phone outside in my car watching also everyone get their orders and then looked at the time and it's 7:24 . I said to myself hold up where's my food . i go back inside . They made it . Yeah . However gave my food to someone else and they put down in their computer my car was white and its black and fyi it was still daytime so how did you get white from black. I was the last car at the time. So I guess if I showed up on my harley . It's a mini van right? Okay oh before i almost forget. I ordered a 3 meat, not a two at least y'all go my crazy puffs right though hey you know considering how long I waited I didn't even get a free drink or a offered another pizza. I would have at least offered something for that wait for real.

I have been too this little careers more than once to get my pizza remade got back home again and the whole bottom of the pizza was soggy it was awful,I took a picture of the bottom of the box,to talk to management again. While waiting it was very hot inside worker said air was not working,the company should not have anyone working in there by the ovens with no air working. The counter was dirty and floors. Worker was nice though.

I am never want to complain, because I’ve literally worked in a pizza place, but I placed an online order at 1:15 PM. I came through the drive-through at 1:28 PM to pay for my pizzas. They said they are still in the oven and will be out soon. I then go in the store after waiting for 10 minutes and I see three people in the lobby whose orders all got messed up or didn’t even get placed. The worker then asked me what did I have? I told her and she said well we ran out of dough. Can it be thin pizza instead I’m genuinely confused if my pizza was in the oven 20 minutes ago when you said it was in the oven. Its just ridiculous to have nothing ready and i wasted 40 minutes waiting. Not to mention they messed everyones in the lobby order up.

Surprised by Over-the-Top Great Service! We ordered 40 pizzas for a church event and they were all ready when I arrived. Then, 2 young men loaded them in the back of my SUV.
Waited 20 mins. Went inside and turns out they just forgot. Hopeless. Garbage pizza. Garbage service.

It took 15 minutes to get someone at the window. I asked for 2 hot and readies and was told it would be 15 min... this is a shifty ceasars. The pizza isn't very appealing even at these standards.
