We ordered 3 pizza's on Sunday on line, paid for them said that we could pick them up at 11:30 am got to the store and it was closed, Very unfortunate for the kids and very unprofessional of them I suggest don't order on line make sure they are open, they said on line that they were open and were not!!!

Almost every time I’ve been here, they’ve been able to accommodate our needs. Sometimes we wait 10-20 minutes, but usually we get crazy bread or Italian cheese bread immediately.With the recent management changes, I’ve noticed an upward shift in treatment by all crew members! Hopefully this upward trend keeps going!Vegetarian options: Not a healthy alternative for a lot of vegetarian options, but still quick and easy.

This place is a disaster. They have nothing ready, which is the only reason I get this stuff. 30 to 45 minute wait isn't uncommon even if you order ahead. Staff is rude or just ignores you completely. Just go somewhere and get Hunt Brothers.Parking: The only parking at the store is handicap spaces, you have to park across the lot and then navigate through the angry people are are waiting on pizzas

Recently the whole staff changed, not sure what happened but I went from waiting around 10 minutes to almost an hour for my food. I online ordered cheese sticks and a 20oz and it’s taking just as long. A couple weeks ago I came in through lobby to order and the district manager was in helping. Another lady came in with an online order and the district manager (a woman not sure of the name) came from the back and said VERY rudely “OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED!!!!” I politely asked an employee who she was and he said she was the DM. gross.

I’ve been through the drive through 6 times in the last 2 months, they’ve never had any pizzas ready, there are always 3-4 people just standing around talking and this last time I waited at the drive thru window for 10 and no one ever came back to the window after helping the car in front of me.

Said they were closed 3 hrs before they were supposed to close and refused to take orders. This place was good when they opened they've just went down hill to the point my family and I don't even want it. We only get little Caesars when we want something cheap, and their the only place around that's cheap. If I would I'd give negative stars. Not the first time we were either refused service or the wait for just one normal pizza was so long it wasn't worth itParking: Not a whole lot of space in the shared parking lot

The only thing that is for certain at this location is that they will never have anything on the entire menu ready and you will have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes even when you are the only customer. This has been my experience every single time I’ve come to this location ever since it opened withe the exception of once. When you finally do get your order it’s cold like it’s been sitting out for 20 minutes.
