McDonald's food has went down hill since I was a kid. It used to be good, now its disgusting. I dont eat there but my kids like it🤮

Ordered quarter pounder deluxe with fries.should be good right? Nope 15 mins in drive thru absolute qrap.this is only thing I order anymore it seems to be consistent.nope.16 bucks for the meal.they had no ice for drinks,only had water and hot sweet tea and I got a slop burger.this is why people are cooking at home.i had to throw it away I am contacting office for refund

Just overall lousy food and service. Kids behind counter should be cleaning parking lot not dealing with public. Rude and obnoxious. Kids in the back that are supposed to be cooking and making sandwiches standing around on their phone cussing

I’m incredibly disappointed with the management at this McDonald’s location. A 16-year-old employee—on their very first job—was fired for something as minor and fixable as putting trash in the wrong dumpster. Instead of coaching or offering guidance, the manager chose to terminate someone who was just starting to learn the ropes.
Everyone makes mistakes, especially when they’re new. Good management means teaching, not punishing without warning. This wasn’t just unfair—it was discouraging and showed a serious lack of compassion and leadership.
If this is how new workers are treated, I worry about the environment behind the counter. I hope upper management takes a serious look at how this location is being run.

Most of the food was just fine, for the trash McDonald’s somehow makes taste like decent food . My one and only issue was they served me not just old tasting fries but super old, stale fries . I’m sure they were made early today but they taste d like reheating fries from the day before . It’s messed up to order food and get stale fries, which is suppose to be a staple at McDonald’s toxic palace. This was neglectfully bad level stale .

Would give a 0 if I could. This is the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever walked into. We waited for over 20 minutes for standard breakfast sandwiches while over 10 cars went thru the drive thru. Got in the car and back on the road only to discover every item we had was ice cold. Absolute trash McDonalds.
