Today I ordered a double filet-o-fish sandwich, and it was THE BEST ONE ever. Been ordering those for years, never have I gotten one THAT fresh, and hot. Perfect even in the wrapper, it was even wrapped perfectly! Not sloppy! Fries were hot and perfectly salted! I was truly happy with the food and service today! Everyone was super nice and service was great! Thanks McDonald's in Warrior!

On 2 different occasions this week, I went in for my usual. Big Mac combo and a McChicken. Both times this week I’ve received my order with both meals being incomplete. I kindly told the cashier that my order was incomplete and that my sandwiches did not have the lettuce on them. Her response “well we out of lettuce” and she walked off. There were no signs, posters or notes stating that they were out of lettuce or I would have chosen something else. The food was still good, just didn’t have everything on them. I do think they could have done a better job at informing customers that they are out of certain items before they order said items.

There have been some rude people working the window that my friends have encountered, but in my experience, there is a lady there that I love so much. She is so friendly and sweet. I wish she was the permanent window worker. Lol, we go for coffee creme and the occasional pies. The coffee is good and cheap and it has become our permanent coffee place. Drive through time isn't bad, although there are some days that may vary. I recommend getting the mcdonalds app. It has saved me a lot of time and money, and you build points to get free stuff. Well worth it if you go almost every day like we do.

I give them a shot from time to time to see if they improve, but this place is rarely ever even close to what it should be. Food, drink, and employees were all bottom of the barrel quality today.
Ordered food. Said they would bring to table because drink machine was out of order. Brought food but no drinks. After 15 min, went to counter, one person said they were working on it. After 20, another person said working on it. When said but it's been 20 min , employee said you'll have to wait. We're not that busy!

Ordered quarter pounder deluxe with fries.should be good right? Nope 15 mins in drive thru absolute qrap.this is only thing I order anymore it seems to be consistent.nope.16 bucks for the meal.they had no ice for drinks,only had water and hot sweet tea and I got a slop burger.this is why people are cooking at home.i had to throw it away I am contacting office for refund

Just overall lousy food and service. Kids behind counter should be cleaning parking lot not dealing with public. Rude and obnoxious. Kids in the back that are supposed to be cooking and making sandwiches standing around on their phone cussing
