As a dasher I’ve never had problems with McDonald’s nor have I had previous issues with this location however, today around 7pm I got a door dasher order from this location for 1 burger and 1 snack wrap. I walk in to find a small Blount co sports team of about 5 total kids inside and that was it, a few cars in the drive through but not many. I stand in line at the register who d a couple whom after just a little bit get their order taken without problems, I then step closer to the register and the employee walks away, not an issue however….. after standing there for over 15 minutes, seeing one employee clock out and one clock in not one staff member talked a word to me, being tired of wait and by this point I can see my customers order bagged and taped up across the counter I’m upset and grab the attention of an older female and said hey that’s my order here’s the numbers for confirmation ect she didn’t say not one word turned around a left, after ANOTHER 5 minutes of standing there with a line of people behind me I left in utter disbelief. The same employee was incredibly nice and helpful to everyone else. For reference I am a 19 year old male with long braided hair and wear “guy liner” i believe this was the issue here but may be wrong. Either way a customer did not receive that food as I advised them to order from a different place.

Worse experience I have ever had If I could rate this a negative stare or no stars , I would After spending 50 $ Missing things And showing the receipt We got argued with After inspecting the burgers Found out Nothing was right Pacifically told them No onions Due to anaphylactic Food allergies Also ordered large fries Well, I guess we're just going to get whatever they give us.And not what we ordered Next time I'll just order a small And A junior small Instead of a large Burgers tasted like they had been sitting I could understand If they had a rush Of people but 2 cars And no one inside ordering . But that was not the case. Working there us not a hard job at all . I will say that this location will never get my business back due to lack of care and the over all rudeness.

Don’t go to this location wait for the next one. Fries were cold they gave me the small patties on my Big Mac and when I went in to ask about it I got brushed off and told that’s how they do it there. Don’t come here get sonic instead

Today I ordered a double filet-o-fish sandwich, and it was THE BEST ONE ever. Been ordering those for years, never have I gotten one THAT fresh, and hot. Perfect even in the wrapper, it was even wrapped perfectly! Not sloppy! Fries were hot and perfectly salted! I was truly happy with the food and service today! Everyone was super nice and service was great! Thanks McDonald's in Warrior!

On 2 different occasions this week, I went in for my usual. Big Mac combo and a McChicken. Both times this week I’ve received my order with both meals being incomplete. I kindly told the cashier that my order was incomplete and that my sandwiches did not have the lettuce on them. Her response “well we out of lettuce” and she walked off. There were no signs, posters or notes stating that they were out of lettuce or I would have chosen something else. The food was still good, just didn’t have everything on them. I do think they could have done a better job at informing customers that they are out of certain items before they order said items.
