Extremely rude, horrible service not helpful! It should not take an hour and 50 minutes to get a pizza! Was told first that they could call the driver and find out what was taking so long then after 15 minutes of still waiting was told that they could not contact the driver then 15 minutes later was told just to wait that it would get there offered no discount no offers to help and was hung up on. Worst business worst service would not recommend this location of Papa John’s to anyone ever I will not ever order from them again I will not ever step foot in that store. Horrible, horrible horrible horrible people there working tonight!! Dec,16 2024 5:00 pm. And the manager was one of the main rude ones!! The problem was not that the pizza was late. It was how rude the manager was when I called to find out why it was taking that long.

I needed a good pizza before they closed and can't complain about the food as I ordered about an hour before closing. I know the workers wanted to finish and close so I was happy with the friendly service provided. I tried using a coupon over the phone but their system wouldn't take it. Fortunately, the worker volunteered some other deals that were perfect and I had a great pizza to take home and end a long day. I won't fault them for not being able to use the coupon as it was the computer system and the worker found a solution to the problem that worked for me. I think all these companies are pushing their online apps for ordering and I'm not a fan. I prefer my pizza with real people not a dumb app I have to thumb through and do the work I used to do when I worked at a pizza place in my younger years. Anyways, great food, nice workers, and fair prices. I'll be back as I've ordered from here before and always have a good experience.

Only problem with my order was when I got home, cheeseburger bites looked like they had been thrown into box. They had all fell apart
First, I wanna say I love me some papa johns, and I don't really leave reviews for places, but I straight up got the worst case of food poisoning from here I've had in my life. 4/13/24 was the last time I will likely ever eat papa johns, and I may not even be able to eat pizza again period for God knows how long, and that's really upsetting cuz it's my comfort food. Idk if it was the sauce, or that new world pepperoni, or what but my family got sick too. Just not as bad as me, and I pretty much ate all those pepperoni bites myself. After seeing me, some friends of ours said they got sick a couple weeks ago from here. I've also had upset stomachs before from here but ignore it cuz I love it so much. Never again.. within 30 min - 1 hr after eating i started feeling sick. I vomited all night and then had the runs for 3 days. My microbiome is pissed, be warned ⚠️

By far the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. Put in an order for delivery and nothing updated for 30 minutes. Called the store and they claimed the order was never placed even though I had an email confirmation and money taken out of my account. The manager lied and said it was at another store, called them they said they had no idea what they were talking about. Called back and manager just talked in circles and literally did nothing about it. Also claimed they had no idea what the corporate number was but then said they wouldn’t give it to us. Do they just hire managers off the street?

Apparently if you choose delivery, the use door dash. Our pizza was over an hour late. I offered to even come and pick up the pizza and was told they couldn't change the order to pick up because papa johns was using door dash to deliver their pizzas. So frustrating!!

First of all, I love the food and my local papa johns. However, my issue is with the call center. And everyone knows it's not the local store. It's pretty clear they are reading off a sheet. Ordering food should be personable. Instead I feel like I'm on the phone with the IRS. And its helpful with communication when you are actually talking to someone at the store. This is my only complaint with PapaJohns.
