Usually I don’t have any complaints. However, tonight is a different story. When I received my pickup order I went home to open it as usual and the food was not packed well, cold, and a mess. A-lot of it was spilled all over the boxes, as well as the banana pudding. The banana pudding was absolutely disgusting looking it literally had the consistency of soup. I’m very disappointed as the pudding was not edible and had to be thrown away. I would be very disgusted to even have served food in that condition. I understand it can be busy at times but there was absolutely no excuse for what we were given.

Overall quality of food and service are great. There are however some issues when it comes to visiting their establishment. 1. They need a designated area in the restaurant to pick up to go orders. Depending on the time of day you cannot get a seat at the bar due folks picking up their orders just sitting hanging out waiting on orders. Folks looking to set at the bar are spending more money on food and adult beverages where more revenue exist. 2. The parking is absolutely herendous. Not their fault but the landlord has put no real effort in defining parking which results in the customer base parking however they want i.e. parking in the main driveway rendering traffic hazardous while trying to enter or exit on/off one of the busiest roads in the county 160. Our family use to frequent their establishment 2-3 times a week. Now we might visit 1-2 times every couple of months. To eat in house there isn't worth the headache.

Pepperjack sticks are love, pepperjack sticks are life. Please let me buy them frozen in bulk so I can have them at home when the craving hits, as I'm just a girl from Tuscaloosa 🥴🤤 the hamburger steak hit a homerun for a non BBQ menu item, and I loved the tart tang of the lemon icebox pie and garlicky hint of the mashed potatoes. Would come back again when I'm in Warrior for those crack filled pepperjack sticks on their own! 🫶🏻

The food was great and seriously the best service I’ve had at a restaurant! I believe our server was named Levi. He was excellent!

The food is amazing. Sweet tea on point. The service??? It felt like our waitress couldn’t be bothered, or they were understaffed, but we clearly saw another server who was taking his time to be amenable. We’re from out of town, and heard good things. We won’t likely be back, which is a shame, since the pimento cheese dip was probably the best I’ve ever had.

I got the brisket plate with beans and macaroni. The brisket was room temp, bread was not warm and the macaroni was bland. The beans were good but the onions weren’t fully cooked in them and gave it a crunchy texture.

The staff were super sweet and very attentive.

This place is amazing wonderful the service was outstanding place with clean the restrooms were cleaned the atmosphere is wonderful on the inside service was fast food was fresh and hot absolutely wonderful will be going back numerous times it is my favorite place now

The best food in Alabama and we are sad to found it after 3 years living here and couldn't find a good place to eat. Everyone is more than friendly and the food is great. Our new favorite place to go to. Thank you Porky's Pride - we'll come if we need good food and nice people.
