The bathroom stalls don't have locks. If you follow the road signage, this place has NO ENTRANCE. the only entrance says trucks only???

Terrible service. Didn’t get order correct. Asked for no whipped cream and cherry in shake - cane loaded up 😩. Ordered a chocolate shake - had to reorder. Several folks working but VERY slow and unorganized

I have never been to a sonic with the customer service this Sonic offers. I had to ask what the girls name was at the window, because she was the most kindest person ever. Super uplifting, friendly, and full of joy. Lilly, you put a smile on our face tonight just by your friendly smile and personality! Thank you!!! ♥️

THIS SONIC IS A JOKE. THEY ALWAYS GET YOUR FOOD ORDER WRONG, NO MATTER WHAT IT'S ALSO COLD. NEED TO SHUT DOWN. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE , & SO ARE THE WORKERS. DISAPPOINTED IN SUCH A SONIC. I CALLED THE STORE & NO ANSWER PLUS I CALLED THE # ON THE TICKET FOR COMMENTS OR CONCERNS, ASK FOR MANAGER. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME TALK TO ONE NOR WOULD THEY GIVE ME CORPORATE PH. #. THE CUSTOMERS IS WHY THEY HAVE A JOB. WITHOUT US THEY WOULD BE HOME BABYSITTING. TIRED OF ALL THESE BUSINESSES RIPPING US OFF. NO ONE WANTS TO WORK, & DO THEIR JOB. LAZY. Two milkshakes rang to be $17 and change. The woman at the register just said ewww and after I mentioned it must be a mistake she looked at the receipt and said it was correct. And as I waited to see the receipt myself, I was given two milkshakes and then the woman who made them asked me a question about the third one, which explained the discrepancy, so I was given the appropriate refund. And the only reason for the three stars is because I believe the mistake should have been noticed immediately, because $5 plus $5 plus tax doesn't make $17.
