We tried to order a platter for a birthday party and the guy didn’t act like he knew what we were talking about so we ended up spending twice as much money buying foot-long‘s etc.. It was not ready when it was supposed to be ready and then it took forever for them to get the condiments ready the ladies that we’re working in there when I went in were good but the guy that took the order. I think it was the owner with a foreign accent. Absolutely did a horrible job at taking directions on a simple platter to feed 10 to 15 people cost us over $160. I just think it was ridiculous. I will not eat at this location ever again.

They had brand new employees that didn't know what they were doing. Take me 30 minutes to get out of there it's not the employees fault. They just need more training. The food was good

When I came in the store there was no workers up front. After a few minutes one girl trickled out from the back. I was ready to order but she ignored me and started transferring lettuce and onions and replacing them from one side if the salad bar to the next, choosing to fill stuff up instead of serving me. After at least 5 minutes of her acting like I wasn’t there I left. As I was walking out her coworker came out and looked at her crazy, probably thinking what I was thinking. NOBODY ever took my order. The MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN 43 YEARS ON EARTH. 3 PM 4/3/2025

I order through the app, and it's so convenient. The staff is so nice and our food is always fresh and packed up so nice. They will even call you if they have a question if you made an app order! My boys would eat there every day if I let them!!🥖😍

I walked in the restaurant. No one speaks to me two people are behind the counter making sandwiches. I stood there for five minutes and no one asked me what I wanted or anything so I put the chips that I had in my hand back on the counter and I walked out. I believe because I was black.
