I walked in the restaurant. No one speaks to me two people are behind the counter making sandwiches. I stood there for five minutes and no one asked me what I wanted or anything so I put the chips that I had in my hand back on the counter and I walked out. I believe because I was black.

Two girls working behind the counter. One just stared at me and didn’t say anything when I walked in. I ordered a foot long with half Turkey and half buffalo chicken. My partner ordered a 6” and we got two cookies and two fountain drinks. Our total was over $30 because she charged me for two sandwiches since I got different meats and said it was double the meat. I tried explaining that made no sense and she still charged me. Our order should have been around $20.

They didn’t use clean knives they just used old knives that were dirty from other customers. Other than that it was ok.
This is the second time I’ve paid for something in the app, and not gotten it with this location. I paid for a protein bowl and added extra cheese for 99cents and specified I wanted less lettuce. The bowl was FULL of lettuce and had literally ONE slice of cheese???? My husband picked it up so I wasn’t there to check it.This has happened twice!!! We will not be back to this location. DO BETTER. HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. I should report this location to corporate for ripping people off when they use the app.

The food was fine. All. Booths had bits of food or trash in them and the restroom had an out of order sign on it but an employee told us there was nothing wrong with it when our son asked to use the restroom.
