As a door dasher I hate picking up here. Never get my order on time. I sit here for 15 to 20 minutes. No employee acknowledges me. I have had to cancel a few times due order being ready, but just sitting on counter by drive through window and I can't get the employees to hand it to me. Also orders never have the chicken nugget sauce.

Worst costumer service from the manager tonight. I was pulled up for 13 mins for a mobile order,I finally pulled back around to check on it, waited 4 more minutes and my order was missing a Crunch wrap supreme, and I got the equivalent of a half of a quesadilla. The manager told the employee at the window that if I wanted my quesadilla re-made, I would have to pay for it. Really!? My order was only corrected when I asked for a refund. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Why would you be open when you donāt have things such as things that cause health concerns no paper towels or napkins employees wash there hands and where do they dry them? There dirty pants? If you aināt got what you need to operate donāt operate it donāt matter if the truck brings it store manager needs to go get napkins from Walmart
