They hardly ever get my orders correct. Four out of five orders are wrong. How hard is it to understand what a plain burger is? I have given them more than enough chances. I will not return.

We had left Barbers Speedway, got gas and rode 80 miles. I followed Joel's motorcycle with an Antique license plate. 41 year old BMW motorcycle with its skinny tires. Mine is 20 years newer. 2003 BMW K1200RS. Joel pulled into the parking lot...someone's old dog was sleeping and got startled. The dog didn't bark! "You hungry?" I nodded. "I'm paying."
Sunday church services had just got done. The group of 9 people let us order before them. Joel ordered, "I'm having the same meal!" Sat there in the Sun drenched room, reflecting on God's perfect timing in this war torn world. Hopped on our motorcycles, heading south to Roanoke, AL

I am reporting an unpleasant experience I had at Jack's. Upon receiving my food order, I discovered soiled napkins inside the bag. I contacted the store manager to address this issue, but he adamantly denied any possibility of such an occurrence at his establishment and accused me of attempting to obtain free food. It is important to note that I did not request a refund at any point during our conversation. The manager's dismissive and rude attitude prompted me to escalate the matter to the head office, and I am currently awaiting their response. The poor quality of the food and the unsanitary conditions raise concerns about the overall hygiene practices at this Jack's location. If possible, I would rate my experience negatively, but the review system requires at least one star. Ok, I did have Pic but got a new phone, so I lost them
The manager and staff were very busy and they all held their composer even with a drive through full of cars and a line out the door. They all did an excellent job and the food was great!
