Very good food, if you can ever get any of it. They NEVER answer their phone, so calling in a "to go" order is impossible. Neither can you leave a message since they have not set up voicemail.I appreciate your responding, and I agree with you, but you misunderstand. I'm referring to my experience over the last year or so. Thank you.

If there were not so few places to eat in the area Miss Ambers would be shuttered. The attitude of the lady towards my simple question of "Is this my tea" led to a lecture on where I am to stand when ordering to go food. My response was then met with her challenge with waiting on tables followed by "I don't care" cinched the deal that I will never step foot is this place again. Attitude of the workers really is the biggest threat to what could be a decent dining spot.

Super cute place, cozy on the inside. The staff was very nice and prompt. The server was helpful with suggestions on what to order. Everything on the menu sounded so good, multiple options to pick from. anytime they brought food out to other tables it looked so good. The food we had was delicious. Would definitely go back many more times. Highly recommend. We need more places like this around all small towns. Even purchased the homemade pimento cheese and chicken salad before leaving. Also got the homemade Oreo cheesecake it was phenomenal.
The absolute best fried green tomato BLT I have ever had!! I also loved the coleslaw and fried potatoes. Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and amazing staff!

Enjoyed a buffet breakfast at Miss Amber’s Cafe on Saturday morning. There was three choices of meat, ham smoked sausage or thick cut bacon. Pan full of scrambled eggs. Biscuits with sausage gravy. Hash browns or potato casserole. Cinnamon bread grits and coffee. If you are in Wedowee or surrounding area, a visit for breakfast is recommended. They start serving at 9:00 am. Taste great and extremely filling.
