I am in here often. Today the guy that wears a necklace with a “C” around his neck finally did me in. People were coming in, it was around 1:00…when we had about 6 people in line he said very loudly “ I am about to lock the door because I’m not dealing with it.” He has a VERY bad attitude when taking orders. He also does not help the other person making our food if they get behind. He disappears to the back for minutes at a time. There is an Indian man that always helps the other person and gets us in and out very quickly but he’s the only one I ever see do that. The young man helping today had blonde/brown curly hair with a camo hat on. He also wasn’t getting in any hurry. All around this place is just very slow and the “C” necklace guy is someone I would NEVER consider working for me. I waited 25 mins today for my order to even be taken and there were only 2 people in front of me when I got there. One guy ordered 3 sandwiches and that took the majority of their time. The service here makes me never want to go again.

7/06/2025 Ordered on app so take out. 45.00 worth 3 footlongs 1 half and got 2 correct called cause 3rd was supposed to be a meatball but it wasn't. People were rude I Ordered on app. Hung up on me and said nothing could be done about it. No women there all men and they seem like lights on but nobody's home. Food was gross. If could have given small dot of star would have. Asked for district manager number and they said didn't have one. Village LANE Wedowee Alabama not good. Plus the one who was making sandwiches and bread there were 2 1 outside smoking didn't wash hands was waiting for pickup and 2nd didn't wear gloves or the 1st one.

Have been here twice within the past couple weeks and each time the heavier set guy with a pony tail has been extremely rude, not friendly at all and had an attitude the entire time. If he’s miserable maybe he should find another job. We used to frequent this location but will be driving the extra miles to a different location. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Had to correct my order three times, then I finally get to the sauces: I requested light mayo. Heavily dosed with regular mayo. Done with neither the light mayo sauce NOR done lightly.

Placed an online order when I got there to pick they had no bread and couldn’t make my order and said they couldn’t give me refund came back about three times and called and they would never give me my money back or even replace the meal

This place is awful 2nd time in two week I’ve placed an online order and gotten there to pick it up well after the time it says to it’s not ready.. We haven’t had time to defrost pizza dough.. There was no one in the store and both workers didn’t know how to refund my money.. I’ll drive to Roanoke from now on..

Either the employees don't want to work or managment is doing their job and ordering stock. They are alsways out of every thing. Went in a while back and they were out of bread.not 1 kind but all bread.
